| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ ที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในปีการศึกษา 2559 กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-610) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 73 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .28-.68 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .92 สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ การทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียน เป็นรายบุคคล ควรจัดเวลาเยี่ยมบ้านเพิ่มขึ้น ด้านคัดกรองนักเรียน ครูที่ปรึกษาควรเก็บผลการคัดกรอง เป็นความลับ ด้านส่งเสริมพัฒนา ควรพิจารณาถึงความเหมาะสมของระยะเวลาในการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนานักเรียน ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา ครูที่ปรึกษาควรดำเนินการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียน ที่ชัดเจนโดยเน้นการปฏิบัติจริงด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน นักเรียนต้องพร้อมรับการช่วยเหลือจากครูที่ปรึกษาและบุคลากรอื่น | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The two proposes of this research were; to study problems, and to study ways to solve the problems of the Students Assistance System in secondary schools in KhaoKitchagood district under the Secondary Educational service Area Office 17. The samples frame in this research were secondary school teachers teaching in schools in Khao Kitchagood district in the academic year 2016, with the total of 73 teachers. The sample size was determined by in Krejcie and Morgan Table. The research instrument in this study was a five-point scale questionnaire. The item discrimination in this questionnaire was from .28 to .68. The questionnaire was found to be reliable (Cronbach's alpha: 0.92). The statistics used in this research included Mean, Standard Deviation and One-way Analysis of Variance. This study found that 1. On average, the problems concerning Students Assistance System in secondary schools in KhaoKitchagood district were found at a high level. 2. There was no significant effect of the problems concerning the Students Assistance System in the schools condemning teachers’ experience. However, when comparing the sizes of schools, there was a significant difference of the problems on the sizes of school at the p < .05 level. 3. Some overcoming techniques of the problem concerning Students Assistance System suggested in this study including 1) teachers should often pay a visit and meet students’ parents at their houses, 2) guidance teachers must keep students stories secret, 3) guidance teachers should plan and organize the activity better. Some students in needed should be sent to more professional person who could provide a better assistance to address students’ problems. | |
