| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้บริการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ICT ชุมชน เทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง เพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมของประชาชนในการใช้สารสนเทศ และเพื่อศึกษาหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมของประชาชนกับเพศ อายุ การศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ และสถานที่พักอาศัย กลุ่มตัวอยางที่ใช้ คือ ผู้เข้าใช้บริการที่ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ICT ชุมชนเทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง จํานวน 220 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ ด้วยสถิติไคสแควร์ (Chi-square) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้เข้าใช้บริการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ICT เทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอาชีพการค้าหรือธุรกิจส่วนตัว มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนระหว่าง 10,001-20,000 บาท โดยส่วนใหญ่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่เทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง อุปกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่ที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบสารสนเทศ คือ โทรศัพท์มือถือ สําหรับพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการ พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีความถี่ในการเข้าใช้บริการ 2-3 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ มีการเดินทางมาใช้บริการโดยรถจักรยานยนต์ มีความสะดวกในการเดินทางอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความคิดเห็นว่า ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ICT ชุมชน มีความพร้อมในการให้บริการอยู่ในระดับมาก สําหรับวัตถุประสงค์การใช้บริการศูนย์ ICT โดยส่วนใหญ่ใช้ติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสาร และเครื่องมือในการค้นหาข้อมูล โดยส่วนใหญ่ใช้ www.google.co.th สําหรับความพร้อมในการใช้สารสนเทศของผู้ใช้บริการที่ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ICT ชุมชน เทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง พบว่า ผู้เข้าใช้บริการมีความพร้อมในการใช้สารสนเทศ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.91 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการเข้าถึงสารสนเทศความสามารถในการประเมินสารสนเทศ และความสามารถในการใช้สารสนเทศ อยูในระดับดี สําหรับผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ระดับการศึกษาและอาชีพของผู้ใช้บริการในศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ICT มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพร้อมในการใช้สารสนเทศอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ .05 | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to examine the use of a community learning center for information communication technology (ICT) in Leam Chanbang Municipality and to investigate the readiness of the users in using this center. Also, this study intended to determine the relationship between the user readiness in using ICT and gender, age, educational level, occupation, amount of income, and area of residency. The subjects participating in this study were 220 service users at the community learning center for information communication technology in Leam Chanbang Municipality. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistical test used to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. The test of Chi-Square was also administered to test the relationship among the variables. The results of the study revealed that the majority of the ICT users at the community learning center for information communication technology (ICT) in Leam Chanbang Municipality were male, aged 21-30, holding a bachelor’s degree, operating their own business, earning 10,001-20,000 baht per month, and living in an area of Leam Chanbang Municipality. Their main device used to connect to a system of information communication technology was a mobile phone with the frequency of use at 2-3 times per week. They came by their automobiles when using the service at the ICT learning center, and they rated the convenience of travelling to the center at a high level. Also, they rated the readiness of this ICT learning center in terms of providing service at a high level. Their main purpose of using the ICT center was to update themselves with new information using www.google.com as a search engine. In addition, it was shown that 55.91 percent of the users demonstrated their readiness in using the ICT learning center. In particular, the subjects rated the accessibility to information technology, ability to evaluate information technology, and ability to use information at a good level. Finally, based on the results from the test of hypotheses, there was a statistical relationship between the users’ educational level, occupation and their readiness in using information communication technology at a significant level of .05. | |
