dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการใช้งานระบบคอร์สเรียนออนไลน์ หลักสูตรการทำสวนทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วม และศึกษาประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน ที่มีต่อระบบบริหารหลักสูตรออนไลน์สวนทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วม ขอบเขตการวิจัย มีรายละเอียด ดังนี้ งานวิจัยนี้มีกิจกรรมหลัก 2 ส่วนคือ ส่วนที่หนึ่งเป็นการอบรมให้ความรู้การใช้งานระบบบริหาร หลักสูตรออนไลน์สวนทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วมและอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการให้แก่เกษตรกรและเยาวชน โดยวิทยากรผู้ให้ความรู้ในคอร์สเรียนออนไลน์หลักสูตรการทำสวนทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วม และส่วน ที่สองเป็นการประเมินประสิทธิภาพในการใช้งานระบบบริหารหลักสูตรออนไลน์สวนทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมี ส่วนร่วม ในพื้นที่จังหวัดระยอง ปราจีนบุรี และสระแก้ว ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ส่วนที่หนึ่ง มีผู้เข้าร่วม โครงการเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะ จำนวน 102 คน เป็นเพศชาย 36 คน (35.29%) เพศหญิง 58 คน (56.80%) ไม่ประสงค์ให้ข้อมูล 8 คน (7.84%) จำแนกเป็นเยาวชน จำนวน 88 คน (90.72%) เกษตรกรผู้ทำสวน ทุเรียน จำนวน 2 คน (2.06%) และบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจ จำนวน 6 คน (7.22%) โดยผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการทุก คนมีช่วงอายุต่ำกว่า 31 ปี พบว่า ผลคะแนนแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน (Pre-test) ในภาพรวม ผู้เข้าร่วม โครงการที่มีระดับความรู้ก่อนเรียนอยู่ในช่วงน้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50.00 มีความถี่สูงที่สุด จำนวน 76 คน (74.51%) ระดับความรู้หลังเรียนอยู่ในช่วงร้อยละ 70.01-80.00 มีความถี่สูงที่สุด จำนวน 29 คน (28.43%) และสำหรับการวัดผลระดับการประเมินสมรรถนะการเรียนรู้ในภาพรวม ระดับสมรรถนะการ เรียนรู้อยู่ในช่วงร้อยละ 40.01-50.00 มีความถี่สูงที่สุด จำนวน 25 คน (24.51%) ของผู้ทดสอบทั้งหมด ส่วนที่ 2 มีผู้เข้าร่วมการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบบริหารหลักสูตรการทำทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมี ส่วนร่วม จำนวน 97 คน เป็นเพศชาย 37 คน (38.14%) เพศหญิง 59 คน (60.82%) ไม่ประสงค์ให้ข้อมูล 1 คน (1.03%) จำแนกเป็นเยาวชน จำนวน 88 คน (90.72%) เกษตรกรผู้ทำสวนทุเรียน จำนวน 2 คน (2.06%) และบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจ จำนวน 6 คน (7.22%) โดยผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการทุกคนมีช่วงอายุต่ำกว่า 31 ปี พบว่า การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรการทำสวนทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมี ส่วนร่วมโดยภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ( X =4.46, S.D.=0.69) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า (1) ด้านความต้องการในการใช้ระบบ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( X =4.52, S.D.=0.64) และมี จำนวน 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ (2) ด้านความถูกต้องของระบบ ( X =4.18, S.D.=0.77) (3) ด้าน คุณภาพและกระบวนการของระบบ ( X =4.18, S.D.=0.81) (4) ด้านคุณภาพของเนื้อหาของระบบ ( X =4.22, S.D.=0.74) และ (5) ด้านการออกแบบและการจัดรูปแบบของระบบ ( X =4.29, S.D.=0.78) ผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ แสดงให้เห็นว่า หลักสูตรออนไลน์ด้านการทำสวนทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วน ร่วมในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกของไทย เป็นช่องทางหนึ่งช่วยให้สามารถเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้ทางการเกษตรสวน ทุเรียนได้สะดวก เรียนรู้ได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา และเปิดโอกาสให้เกษตรกร เยาวชน และผู้ที่สนใจสามารถเรียนรู้ ได้ตลอดชีวิต ซึ่งประโยชน์ดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับ SDG 4 Quality education ที่เป็นเป้าหมายที่ 4 เพื่อฉ สร้างหลักประกันว่า ทุกคนมีการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพอย่างครอบคลุมและเท่าเทียม และสนับสนุนโอกาสใน การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต อีกทางหนึ่งด้วย	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This study aims to implement online course technology for the PGS organic durian farming course and evaluate the efficiency and user satisfaction of the online course management system for PGS organic durian farming. The research scope includes the following particulars: This research consists of two primary components: The initial phase involves training users on effectively utilizing the PGS organic durian farming online course management system through participatory methods. Additionally, workshops will be conducted by instructors who will impart knowledge on PGS organic durian farming through the online course. The second component involves assessing the effectiveness of implementing the PGS organic durian farming online course management system in the provinces of Rayong, Prachinburi, and Sa Kaeo. The results of the research could be concisely summarized as follows: Part one: 102 people were participating in the skill development project; 36 were male (35.29%), 58 were female (56.80%) and did not wish to provide information, 8 participants (7.84%). The participants in the experiment were categorized as follows: 90.72% were classified as young, 2.06% were durian farmers, and 7.22% were interested general individuals. It is worth noting that all project participants were under 31 years of age. The pre-test results showed that the overall project participants, 76 individuals (74.51%), had a knowledge level below 50.00% before the study. After completing the post-test, the knowledge level ranged from 70.01% to 80.00%, with the highest frequency of 29 individuals (28.43%). The evaluation of the overall learning competence level was conducted, and it was found that the range of the learning competency level was between 40.01% and 50.00%. The highest number of participants, including 25 individuals (24.51%) from the whole testing project, belonged within that range. Part 2: The efficiency evaluation of the PGS organic durian farming online course management system involved 97 participants. Out of them, 37 were males, accounting for 38.14% of the total, while 59 were females, taking up 60.82% of the total. Furthermore, one participant declined to give details (1.03%). The participants of the study were categorized as follows: 88 individuals (90.72%) were classified as young, two individuals (2.06%) were durian farmers, and six individuals (7.22%) were interested in general people. It is essential to mention that all project participants were under the age of 31. Theซ assessment of the effectiveness of the PGS organic durian farming online course management system revealed a high degree of satisfaction ( X =4.46, S.D.=0.69). Upon evaluating each component, it was determined that (1) the total necessity for utilizing the system were at its highest level ( X =4.52, S.D.=0.64) and there were four main features at a high level, (2) the accuracy of the system ( X =4.18, S.D.=0.77) (3) the system quality and processes ( X =4.18, S.D.=0.81), (4) the quality of system content ( X =4.22, S.D.=0.74), and (5) the design and layout of the system ( X =4.29, S.D.=0.78). The findings of this study demonstrate that an online course on PGS organic durian farming in the eastern region of Thailand enhances accessibility to agricultural knowledge on durian farming. It enables individuals to learn at their convenience and offers lifelong learning opportunities for farmers, youth, and those interested in the subject. These advantages align with SDG 4, which aims to promote comprehensive and equitable quality education for everyone and support lifelong learning opportunities.	th_TH
