การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาปริมาณวัตถุมีพิษตกค้างพวกคลอริเนตเตดไฮโดรคาร์บอนในผลิตภัณฑ์ประมงที่จำหน่ายในท้องตลาด จังหวัดชลบุรี และจังหวัดระยอง ตลาดที่ใช้เป็นตัวอย่างคือ ตลาดอำเภอเมือง ตลาดอำเภอศรีราชา ตลาดอำเภอบางละมุง ตลาดอำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรีและตลาดอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดระยอง ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้ทำการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ประมงจากตลาดดังกล่าว 3 ครั้ง นำมาวิเคราะห์ทางเคมีและใช้เครื่องแกสโครมาโตกราฟิ ตรวจหาปริมาณวัตถุมีพิษตกค้าง นำค่าที่ได้มาเฉลี่ยเพื่อหาการกระจายของวัตถุมีพิษตกค้าง ผลการวิจัย พบวัตถุมีพิษตกค้างพวก ดี.ดี.ที ดี.ดี.อี ที.ดี.อี ออลดริน ลินเดิน เฮตาคลอ เฮปตาคลออิปอกไซด์ ดีลดริน และแอลฟาบีเอชซี ในตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ประมงทุกชนิด. |

The aim of this study is to find the amount of Chlorinated hydrocarbons pesticides in fisheries products from five markets in Chonburi and Rayong. The samples were taken three times and analyzed by a chemical process. The quantities of pesticide residues were found by Gas Chromatography.
the results show that there are ten kinds of Chlorinated hydrocarbons pesticides : Dieldrin found in all products, DDT, DDE, TDE, Aldrin, Lindane, Heptachlor, Heptachlor epoxide, Endrin and -BHC in the fisheries products. |
