| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในอำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในอำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยใช้ตารางการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ เครจซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 608-610) ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 138 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าสถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (¯("X" )) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการทดสอบค่าทีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในอำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในอำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพทางการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในอำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์สอน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้นด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในอำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 5. แนวทางสำคัญในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในอำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนควรจัดให้มีการประเมินและปรับปรุงหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ควรเปิดโอกาสให้ครูได้เลือกสอนตามความถนัดของตนเอง และความต้องการของผู้เรียน ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผลและการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน จัดให้มี การอบรมเกี่ยวกับการวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน โดยเน้นการประเมินตามสภาพจริง ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพทางการศึกษา ผู้บริหารและครูควรให้ความสำคัญกับการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนา ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา จัดให้มีการประสานความร่วมมือในการผลิต จัดหา พัฒนาและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา และด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพสถานศึกษา ควรจัดให้ครูเข้ารับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to investigate problems concerning academic affairs to present the guidelines for development of Academic Affairs of secondary schools in Banbueng District, Chonburi province under the Secondary Educational Service Area 18. The research samples were 148 teachers of secondary schools in Banbueng district, Chonburi province under the Secondary Educational Service Area 18 in the academic year 2019, determining the sample size by Krejcie and Morgan’s table (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 608-610). They were selected by using stratified sampling according to the school sizes. The data collection instrument was a Likert rating scales questionnaire. The statistics for analyzing the data were mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s Method, frequency, and percentage. The research results were as follows: 1. The problems and guided development for academic affairs of secondary schools in Banbueng district, Chonburi province under the Secondary Educational Service Area 18, in overall and each aspect, were at a moderate level. 2. The comparison of academic problems of the school as classified by educational qualification, in overall and each aspect were not significantly different, except research for educational quality development which was different statistically significant at the .01 level. 3. The comparison of academic problems of the school as classified by working experience, in overall and each aspect were not significantly different except the education measurement and evaluation which was statistically significant different at the .05 level. 4. The comparison of academic problems of the school as classified by school size, in overall and each aspect were not significantly different. 5. The Guidelines for the development of academic administration of secondary schools in Banbueng district, Chonburi province under the Secondary Educational Service Area 18 were as follows; the curriculum management aspect should be a cooperation among teachers, administrators, and a school board so that the development of the curriculum can be planned from the vision, the mission and the goals. The teaching and learning aspect; the teachers can choose their own teaching methods to match the needs of the students. The measurement and evaluation of Education aspect; the school should provide training on measurement and evaluation for teaching and learning with emphasis on real-life assessments. The Classroom research aspect; the administrators and teachers should focus on research for development. The development of innovative media and technology for education should provide coordination for production, procurement, development and technology for education. Developing instruments of measurement and the quality assurance in education aspect; teachers should be trained in quality assurance by the school. | |
