dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบรรยากาศองค์การ ของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัยและเปรียบเทียบบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียน ในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย จำแนกตามเพศและประสบการณ์การทำงานของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย ปีการศึกษา 2559 กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-608) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 297 คน และทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .21-.79 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากและโดยรวมมีลักษณะบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนแบบเปิดหรือ แบบแจ่มใส 2. การเปรียบเทียบบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. บรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives were of the study to study the organizational climate of the schools in Suan Kularb College network group, and to compare the organizational climate of the school in Suan Kularb College network group, classified by gender and work experience of the respondants. The sample were 297 teachers who worked at Suan Kularb College Network in the academic year 2016, estimate the sample size according to the table of Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-608), selected the sample by stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this research was a 5 level rating scales questionnaire with the disseminat power of the items between .21-79 and confidence value at .95. The data were analyzed by mean ( ), standard deviation (SD), t-test and One-way ANOVA. The results of the research showed that; 1. The organizational climate of the schools in Suan Kularb College network in overall and each aspect were at a high level and the school organizational climate was the open climate. 2. The comparison of the organizational climate of the schools in Suan Kularb College network group classified by gender, overall were statisfically different at the .05 level. 3. The organizational climate of the schools in Suan Kularb College network classified by teachers’ work experience in overall and each aspect were not statistically significant different.
