dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาในการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการของคณาจารย์คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ในด้านการเตรียมและการวางแผนด้านการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ ด้านการนำผลงานวิชาการไปใช้ ด้านการเผยแพร่และสร้างการยอมรับ และด้านการนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ คณาจารย์คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2545 จำนวน 36 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5ระดับ จำนวน 41 ข้อ และแบบสอบสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 14 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาในการจัดทำผลงานในทางวิชาการของคณาจารย์ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา โดยรวมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ การเผยแพร่และสร้างการยอมรับ การนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการ การจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ การเตรียมและการวางแผน และการนำผลงานทางวิชาการไปใช้ 2. แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาในการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการของคณาจารย์ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา มีดังนี้ 2.1 ด้านการเผยแพร่และสร้างการยอมรับ มีดังนี้ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ควรอำนวยความสะดวกในการนำผลงานทางวิชาการลงตีพิมพ์ที่ผ่านคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรองบทความทางวิชาการ (Peer Review) โดยคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรองฯ ควรเป็นบุคคลที่มีความน่าเชื่อถือและเป็นที่ยอมรับในวงวิชาการ วารสารไม่ควรมีคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรองฯ เพราะจะทำให้การนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการล่าช้า เพราะมีการแก้ไขหลายครั้ง เนื่องจากคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรองฯ อาจให้ความคิดเห็นของตนมากเกินไป ควรจัดงบประมาณให้เพียงพอสำหรับการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ หาแหล่งทุนจากหน่วยงานภายนอกให้ในการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ และคณะฯควรเป็นผู้ที่ดำเนินการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการให้ 2.2 ด้านการนำเสนอผลงาน คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ควรปรับปรุงกฎระเบียบที่ยุ่งยากและซับซ้อนให้เป็นระบบที่ชัดเจน ลดกฎเกณฑ์ที่ยุ่งยากและซับซ้อนยากที่จะทำตามได้ ลดขั้นตอนในการนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการให้สั้นลง ให้มีคณะกรรมการให้คำแนะนำตรวจสอบแก้ไขก่อนที่จะส่งให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิได้พิจารณา และลดจำนวนเอกสารคำขอผลงานทางวิชาการให้น้อยลง 2.3 ด้านการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ควรจัดงบประมาณสนับสนุนให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของอาจารย์ทุกคนที่ต้องการทำผลงานทางวิชาการ จัดหาแหล่งทุนอุดหนุนในการจัดพิมพ์ผลงานทางวิชาการ ทำคู่มือแนวทางการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับรูปเล่ม การพิมพ์ รูปภาพประกอบ บรรณานุกรมที่ถูกต้อง อบรมประชุมสัมมนาให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการแนะนำการวางแผนในการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการโดยการเชิญวิทยากรหรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญมาบรรยายพิเศษ และควรมีผู้ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้จัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการหรืออาจทำในรูปของการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Work Shop) 2.4 ด้านการเตรียมและการวางแผน คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ควรจัดงบประมาณเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลงานทางวิชาการ ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยควรรวมกันทำเป็นเครือข่าย (Networks) ซึ่งสามารถสืบค้นได้ทางเว็บไซต์ (Website) ควรรวบรวมผลงานทางวิชาการที่มีมาตรฐานและคุณภาพที่ได้รับการพิจารณาแต่งตั้งแล้วไว้ที่ห้องสมุดเพื่อศึกษาค้นคว้า ควรจัดทำคู่มือและเอกสารให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระเบียบและหลักเกณฑ์ในการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ ควรมีการจัดอบรม เพื่อให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ที่มีความประสงค์จะจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการและควรมีการจัดประชุมสัมมนาแลกเปลี่ยนผู้ที่ต้องการทำผลงานทางวิชาการ 2.5 ด้านการนำผลงานทางวิชาการไปใช้ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ควรมีการจัดอบรมการวิเคราะห์และประเมินคุณภาพเป็นประจำเพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจและนำผลงานไปใช้ได้อย่างเหมาะ จัดทำคู่มือและเอกสารต่างๆเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการนำผลงานทางวิชาการไปใช้ นำผลงานวิจัยไปเสนอที่ประชุมวิชาการ ให้ผู้ที่ได้ใช้ผลงานทางวิชาการส่งผลการวิจารณ์ตอบกลับมาให้ทราบเพื่อที่จะได้ปรับปรุงแก้ไขต่อไป จัดอบรมสัมมนาให้แก่อาจารย์ทุกคนในระหว่างมีการนำผลงานทางวิชาการไปใช้ มีการติดตามผลการใช้ผลงานทางวิชาการตลอดเวลา สนับสนุนให้หน่วยงานผู้ร่วมงานหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องนำผลงานทางวิชาการไปใช้th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this study problems and guided solutions of academic acquirement for lecture in Faculty of Education, Burapha University, in the aspects of preparation and planning for the design of the academic promotion document, implementation of the design, trying out and utilizing of the document, dissemination and recognition of the document, and presentation of the document. The sample used in this study consisted of 36 lectures who teach in Faculty of Education, Burapha University in the first semester, 2002. The instruments in this study employed to collect the data were a rating scale questionnaire of 5 levels of 41 items and questionnaire of 14 items. Data analysis used arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The findings of the survey were as follows; 1. In general, the problems of submission of the document of lecturers in Faculty of Education, Burapha University were rated at a moderate level. By hierarchy as follows dissemination and recognition of document, presentation of the document, preparation and planning for the design of the academic promotion document, and trying out and utilizing of the document. 2. Guided solutions of academic work writing problems of lecturers in Faculty of Education, Burapha University as follows; 2.1 In aspect of dissemination and recognition of document; Faculty of Education should facilitate about publishing academic works which considered by peer review committee, these committee should be accepted in academic field. Journal should set enough budgets for dissemination of the document, and find funds from outside units for dissemination of the document. 2.2 In aspect of presentation of the document; Faculty of Education should adjust confusing regulations to be clear, reduce troublesome regulations, reduce steps of presentation of academic works, then committee will prove the document again. 2.3 In aspect of designing of the academic promotion document; Faculty of Education should set enough budgets to respond requirement of lecturers who need to make academic work, to find funds to support for academic publishing, to make guideline for printing, Photograph, accurate reference, to organize workshop and seminar for academic works ‘s planning by expert guest speakers and to provide suggestions for academician. 2.4 In aspect of preparation and planning of the document; Faculty of Education should set budgets for purchasing materials, accessories that relate academic works. Library of university should make network which can search from Website, should collect academic works that be standard and quality in library, should make guideline and document to offer principles for designing of academic work and should organize seminar for participants. 2.5 In aspect of trying out and utilizing of the document; Faculty of Education should organize workshop for analyzing and quality assessing, then utilizing the document, to make guideline and document in order to present to academic council, then guideline and document in order to present to academic council, then participants will respond the results of comment to lecturers for adjustment, to organize seminar in period of utilizing the academic works, to follow feed back of utilizing and to support organizations or who related to use academic works.en
