| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบ ความผูกพันต่อองค์การของครูโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ สมุทรปราการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 ปีการศึกษา 2561 โดยจำแนกตามเพศ สถานภาพสมรส ภูมิลำเนา และระยะเวลา ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ สมุทรปราการ ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 104 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทำวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม ชนิดมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .34 ถึง .83 และ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t - test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - way ANOVA) และการทดสอบ ความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s test) ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า 1. ความผูกพันต่อองค์การของครูโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ สมุทรปราการ สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 จำแนกโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้น ด้านความเต็มใจที่จะทุ่มเทความพยายามอย่างมากเพื่อประโยชน์ขององค์การมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมากที่สุด 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความผูกพันต่อองค์การของครูโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ สมุทรปราการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 จำแนกตาม เพศ โดยรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านความเต็มใจที่จะทุ่มเทความพยายามอย่างมากเพื่อประโยชน์ขององค์การที่แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามสถานภาพสมรส และภูมิลำเนา พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและด้านความปรารถนาอย่างแรงกล้าที่จะดำรงไว้ซึ่งความเป็นสมาชิกขององค์การ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านความเชื่อมั่นอย่างแรงกล้าที่จะยอมรับ เป้าหมายและค่านิยมขององค์การ และด้านความเต็มใจที่จะทุ่มเทความพยายามอย่างมากเพื่อประโยชน์ ขององค์การ แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was twofold. First, it aimed at examining the level of organizational commitment of teachers in Debsirin Samutprakan School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 6 of 2017 academic year. Also, this study attempted to compare the organizational commitment of teachers in Debsirin Samutprakan School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 6 classified by gender, marital status, domicile, and working experience. The population consisted of 104 teachers at Debsirin Samutprakan School of 2017 academic year. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire with 5 rating scales. The item discrimination ranged between .34 - .83, and the overall reliability was .94. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included means, standard deviation, t - test, One - Way ANOVA and Scheffe’s test of paired comparison. The results of this study indicated that 1. The level of the organizational commitment of teachers in Debsirin Samutprakan School under the secondary educational service area office 6 are both holistically and specifically rated high, except the aspect of involvement is rated the highest. 2. The comparison of level of the organizational commitment of teachers in Debsirin Samutprakan School under the secondary educational service area office 6 classified by the gender both holistically and specifically are different at a statistical significance of .05; except the aspect of involvement is not different at a statistical significance, classified by marital status and domicile both holistically and specifically are not different at a statistical significance, classified by working experience both holistically and loyalty is different at a statistical significance of .05 except the aspect of identification and involvement are not different at a statistical significance. | |
