| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านมาบยางพร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 12 คน ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองโรงเรียนบ้านมาบยางพร ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 2 คน ระดับชั้นประถม ศึกษาปีที่ 2 จำนวน 2 คน ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 2 คน ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 จำนวน 2 คน ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 2 คน และระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 2 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง (Structured interview type) เกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วม ในการจัดการศึกษาของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านมาบยางพร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) และการวิเคราะห์ เชิงอุปนัย (Inductive analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ด้านบริหารงานวิชาการ พบว่า ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมเข้าร่วมประชุม เพื่อรับฟังข่าวสารจากทางโรงเรียน พร้อมทั้งแจ้งสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการ เสนอแนะหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่มี ส่วนช่วยแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาท้องถิ่น กำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาวิชาการของสถานศึกษา ส่งเสริมการใช้วิทยากรภายนอกและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเพื่อเข้ามาให้ความรู้แก่นักเรียน แสดงความคิดเห็นและให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการวัดผลประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน 2. ด้านบริหารงานงบประมาณ พบว่า ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมเสนอแนะแนวทางการบริหารงบประมาณของสถานศึกษา เข้าร่วมประชุมผู้ปกครองรับทราบแผนงานด้านงบประมาณ ประสานกับชุมชน องค์กร ภาครัฐ และเอกชนในการระดมทรัพยากรมาสนับสนุนการศึกษา กำกับ ติดตาม และประเมินผลการดำเนินงานตามโครงการของสถานศึกษา เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโครงการที่โรงเรียนแจ้งให้เข้าร่วม จัดหาวัสดุ ครุภัณฑ์เพื่อสนับสนุนความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติงานด้านต่าง ๆ ของสถานศึกษา ประสานกับชุมชน องค์กร ภาครัฐ และเอกชนใน การสนับสนุนทุนการศึกษา 3. ด้านบริหารงานบุคคล พบว่า ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมกำหนดแนวทางการบริหารและพัฒนาบุคลากรของสถานศึกษา ส่งเสริมและยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาผู้ปฏิบัติงานดีเด่น ส่งเสริมมาตรฐานวิชาชีพและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู ส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบวินัย คุณธรรม จริยธรรม และการดำเนินการ ทางวินัยของข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในสถานศึกษา 4. ด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป พบว่า ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมบริหารงานในการกำหนดนโยบายและแผนพัฒนาของโรงเรียน ดูแลอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน วางแผนดำเนินกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ อันดีระหว่างบ้าน วัด โรงเรียน พัฒนาระบบและเครือข่ายข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมของนักเรียน ประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมของโรงเรียน | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the participation in educational management of the parents at the Banmabyangporn School under the Office Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1. The primary informers are parents of Banmabyangporn School. Two of them are parents of the first grade students, of primary school, 2 parents in grade 2, 2 parents in grade 3, 2 parents in grade 4, 2 parents in grade 5, and 2 parents in grade 6. The research data collect technique that was a structured interview. The research found out that 1. The management found that the parents participated in the meeting to hear the problem and needs from the school. Parents also suggested new curriculum and instructional management techniques that could help solve to problems and improve the development of their local. They also help in planning the academic development guidelines of the institution. To promote the use of the external speakers and local wisdom to educate the students. To provide feedback and needed information about the student's evaluation of the learning outcomes. 2. In managing school budgets, this study reports that parents have taken part in providing useful suggestions concerning the ways in managing and allocating the budgets. They often attend the parent meeting to learn how school budgets are spent. Parents also help coordinate with communities and government and private organizations to raise some educational funds. They keep monitoring to ensure that school budgets are used according to school action plans. They come to the meeting when they are asked. They help each other to obtain materials and resources which the school may need. This includes raising educational funds and scholarships to help students. 3. In personnel management, it is found that parents join in drawing up ways in managing and developing school staff. They congratulate teacher and educational staff who perform well in their jobs. They assist school to standardize morality of teaching profession. They encourage educational personnel to follow the government disciplines rules, and regulations and suggest that these should be a part of criteria when evaluating performance of educational personnel. 4. In school administration, parents give opinion and suggestions in planning school policies and school development plan. They care for issues concerning improve learning environments within the school. They help in planning activities that the school could do to develop a good relationship among home, temples and the school. They help in developing information network and system of school. They cooperate in most student affairs and school public relations. | |
