dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารและประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในอำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 ตลอดจนเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูในกลุ่มอำเภอบางละมุง จำนวน 127 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 สอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง 0.20-0.88 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 ตอนที่ 2 เกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง 0.30-0.90 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการทดสอบสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในอำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน ในอำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในอำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูงทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of the research were to study and to compare the transformational leadership of school administrators and primary school effectiveness in Banglamung district under the Chonburi Primary Educational Services Area Office 3 as well as the relationship between transformational leadership and school effectiveness. The member of sample size was suggested according to the sample size table proposed by Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-610). The sample was the 127 teachers in Banglamung. The research data collection instrument was a 5 point-rating-scale questionnaire separated into 2 parts. The first one was about the transformational leadership; its item discrimination power was 0.20-0.88 and its reliability was 0.96. The second one was about school effectiveness; its item discrimination power was 0.30-0.90 and its reliability was 0.95. The statistics for the data analysis included Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation. The findings were that: 1. The transformational leadership of school administrators in Banglamung Primary Educational Services Area Office 3 was, overall and each aspect, found at a high level. 2. The school effectiveness in Banglamung Primary Educational Services Area Office 3 was, overall and each aspect, found at a high level. 3. There was a positive relationship between the transformation leadership of school administrators and the school effectiveness. The relationship was statistically significant at .01 level.
