| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการงานก่อสร้างที่ยั่งยืนของผู้รับเหมาในจังหวัดตราด พร้อมทั้งหาระดับผลกระทบจากปัจจัยความสัมพันธ์ระหว่รางปัจจัยและเสนอแนวทางในการจัดการงานก่อสร้างที่ยั่งยืน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในงานก่อสร้างในจังหวัดตราด จำนวน 128 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม ปัจจัยหลักที่ศึกษา 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบขององค์กร (X1t ) การจัดการงานก่อสร้าง (X2t ) ความเสี่ยง (X3t ) และข้อจำกัดในงานก่อสร้าง (X4t )ขณะที่มีปัจจัยย่อยทั้งหมด 28 ปัจจัย ทำการพิจารณาผลกระทบของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อเวลาคุณภาพ งบประมาณความปลอดภัย สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม รวม 6 ด้าน จากผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีโอกาสที่เกิดขึ้นและความรุนแรงในระดับมาก 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ สภาพคล่องทางการเงิน การขาดแรงงานที่มีความชำนาญเฉพาะ ความรู้ความสามารถของบุคลากร และความผันผวนของราคาวัสดุและค่าแรง สำหรับปัจจัยที่มีโอกาศที่เกิดขึ้นและระดับความรุนแรงในระดับปานกลาง 5 ปัจจัยได้แก่ การจัดการขยะจากงานก่อสร้างแบบรูปและรายการคลุมเครือ ระบบสารสนเทศในการจัดการงานก่อสร้างการหยุดงานเนื่องจากเทศกาลและประเพณี และการประสานงานและความร่วมมือของผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้สามารถหาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการงานก่อสร้างที่ยั่งยืนโดยรวม (Yt ) ในรูปของสมการถดถอยพหุคูณเชิงเส้น คือ Yt= 0.372+1.365X1t+1.158X2t+ 0.779X3t+0.640X4t โดยที่ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (R) เท่ากับ 0.895 ซึ่งมีผลกระทบมากต่องบประมาณคุณภาพ และเวลา ตามลำดับ สุดท้ายพบว่า ผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างควรหมั่นตรวจสอบผลกระทบจากการดำเนินโครงการและให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดการงานก่อสร้างที่ยั่งยืนโดยพิจารณาแนวทางที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ความรู้ความสามารถของบุคลากรเทคโนโลยีและเทคนิคการจัดการวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายขององค์กร สภาพคล่องทางการเงิน ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน การวางแผนงานที่ไม่เหมาะสม ความผันผวนของราคาวัสดุและค่าแรงอัตราดอกเบี้ยและระยะเวลากู้ยืมเงินความสัมพันธ์ของเนื้องานกับงวดเงิน และแรงงานที่มีความชำนาญเฉพาะด้าน | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aims to study factors affecting the sustainable construction management of contractors in Trat province. The impact level of factors, the relationship of factors and guideline for the sustainable construction management were determined. The samples of study were 128 persons, who involved in construction work in Trat province. The tools was questionnaire with four main factors of elements including organization (X1t ), construction management (X2t ), risk(X3t )and construction limitation (X4t ), while the sub-factors were totally 28 factors. These factors were studied on six aspects; time, quality, budget, safety, society and environment.From the study, it was founded that four factors with high level of frequency and impact are financial liquidity, specialist labor shortage, knowledge and skills of staffs and price fluctuation.Five factors with medium level of frequency and impact are waste construction management, vague details and bill of items drawing, information technology management of construction, worker stop due to national day off, and coordination and cooperation. The relationship of the factors affecting the sustainable construction management (Yt ) in form of multiple linear regression equation was determined as follow: Yt=0.372+1.365X1t+1.158X2t +0.779X3t+0.640X4t , with the coefficient of correlation (R) of 0.895. This relation mostly affected on the budget, quality and time, respectively. Finally, it was noted that constructors should regularly investigate the impacts from the project during construction period and should focus on the sustainable construction management by considering important guidelines which are knowledge and skill of staff, technology and technical management, purpose and target of organization, financial liquidity, safety at workplace, inappropriate planning, fluctuation of material and labor costs, interest rate and duration of loan, relationship between work done and payment, and specialist labor shortage. | |
