dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ทักษะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความฉลาด ทางอารมณ์ และทักษะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงาน พื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูในจังหวัดตราด สังกัดสำนักงานพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 282 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบมาตราวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ ตอนที่ 1 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .22-.73 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นมีค่า .93 และตอนที่ 2 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระะหว่าง .22-.69 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นมีค่า .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน (SD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (r) (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ระดับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงาน พื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ระดับทักษะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความฉลาดทางอารมณ์และทักษะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับต่ำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research was to study the emotion intelligence of school administrators, administration skills of school administrators and the relationship between emotion intelligence and administration skills of school administrators in school under the Office of Trad Primary Education Service Area. The sample used in this research was a group of 282 teachers under the Office of Trad Primary Educational Service Area, in the 2016 academic year. The instruments used for data collection was a five-point-rating scale questionnaire, the first part had discrimination power between .22 and .73 and the reliability coefficient was .93, and the second part consisted had discrimination power between .22 and .69, the reliability coefficient was at .93.Statistics used included Means, Standard Deviations and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of research were: 1. The level of emotion intelligence of school administrators in schools under the Office of Trad Primary Education Service Area, both overall and individual aspect, was at a high level. 2. Administration skills of school administrators in schools under the Office of Trad Primary Education Service Area, both overall and individual aspect, was at a high level. 3. The overall relationship between emotion intelligence of school administrators and administration skills of school administrators in schools under the Office of Trad Primary Education Service Area was positively related at the statistical significance of .05.
