| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา และแนวทางการพัฒนาวินัยของนักเรียน โรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยใช้วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ เลือกผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวินัยนักเรียนโดยตรงในโรงเรียน จำนวน 13 คน ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มบริหารงานบุคคล ครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ต่าง ๆ หัวหน้างานส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตย หัวหน้างานกิจการนักเรียน ตัวแทนประธานสภานักเรียน โดยวิธีสัมภาษณ์เพื่อหาปัญหาและแนวทาง การพัฒนาวินัยของนักเรียน โรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัญหาวินัยของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ได้แก่ ด้านผู้ปกครอง ด้านการมาเรียน การลา ด้านการตรงต่อเวลา ด้านการมาสาย ด้านการใช้ยานพาหนะ ด้านการใช้ทรัพย์สินของส่วนรวม ด้านการมาโรงเรียนในวันหยุดราชการ ด้านการปฏิบัติตนทั่วไปภายในโรงเรียน ด้านการปฏิบัติตนทั่วไปภายนอกโรงเรียน ด้านการรับประทานอาหารในโรงอาหาร ด้านการแสดงความเคารพ ด้านการแต่งกาย 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาวินัยของนักเรียน โรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ คือ โรงเรียนต้องมีกฎระเบียบที่มีความชัดเจน มีบทลงโทษที่เป็นขั้นตอน ผู้ปกครองควรมีส่วนร่วม กับกิจกรรมทางโรงเรียน เมื่อเกิดการทำลายทรัพย์สิน พ่อแม่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำของเด็กและต้องมีบทลงโทษเด็กให้ตระหนักถึงความผิดของตนเอง จัดกิจกรรมปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ สร้างแรงจูงใจในการประพฤติตนอย่างเหมาะสม ให้ความรู้ทักษะ การดำเนินชีวิต สร้างเครือข่ายกับชุมชนให้คอยสอดส่องนักเรียนในชุมชนเมื่ออยู่ภายนอกโรงเรียน | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this qualitative research were to study problems and present guidelines for the development of student discipline plans in Bangborwiitayakhom School under the Secondary Educational Service Office 6, Samutprakarn province. Participants in this study were 13 people having duties in disciplining students – School director, deputy director responsible for personal administration, teachers from each academic department, head of democracy promotion department, head of student affairs division, representatives from student council. Students’ problems and suggested solutions were collected through the use of semi-structured interview. The research found that; 1. The problems of students in Bangborwittayakhom School related to various aspects involving parents, class attendant, absent, punctuality, being late for school, using vehicles, using public property, visiting school during holidays, general behaviors, using canteen aspect, showing respect aspect and uniform dressing. 2. The guidelines for the development of student discipline in Bangborwiitayakhom School included 1) school should make a clear statements about rules and regulations to remind and punish students having misbehaviors, 2) parents should be invited to take part in school activities, 3) parents should be informed about responsibilities they have to have according to the result of all misbehavior and costs of actions their students made, 4) school should inspire and motivate students to be aware of negative results of their actions while encouraging them to have only correct behaviors, 5) school should ensure students’ development of proper living knowledge and skills, and 6) school should build a strong community network which could help monitor students when they are outside. | |
