| dc.description.abstract | วิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส ทางการศึกษาในอำเภอปลวกแดง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยองเขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในอำเภอปลวกแดง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ในปีการศึกษา 2559 ซึ่งใช้เกณฑ์กำหนดจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จากตาราง กลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, p. 608) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 92 คน จากนั้น สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามรายชื่อโรงเรียน และสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) จำแนกตามโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ จำนวน 38 ข้อ เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา โดยอำนาจจำแนก รายข้อระหว่าง .35-.95 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ของมูล ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ( Scheffe’s method ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในอำเภอปลวกแดง สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในอำเภอปลวกแดง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านอำนาจการให้รางวัล และด้านอำนาจการบังคับแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. การเปรียบเทียบการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในอำเภอปลวกแดง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านอำนาจความเชี่ยวชาญ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. การเปรียบเทียบการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในอำเภอปลวกแดง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study and compare the use of power exercised by administrators in expand education schools in Amphoe Pluak Daeng under the Office of Rayong Educational Service Area 1. The sample in this study was 92 teachers working in expand education schools in Amphoe Pluak Daeng under the Office of Rayong Educational Service Area 1. The number of sample was identified as suggested in the table proposed by Krejcie and Morgan (Krejcie& Morgan, 1970, p. 608).Stratified Random Sampling was chosen as a the sampling technique in this study. Data collection instrument in this study was a five-point-rating-scale questionnaire asking 38 questions concerning the use of power exercised by administrators in expand education schools. The questionnaire has its item discriminating power between .35-.95. The reliability of this questionnaire was .97. The statistical methods used in this study were Average ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe's method of multiple comparison test. The research reached the following conclusions: 1. The use of power exercised by administrators in expand education schoolsin Amphoe Pluak Daeng under the Office of Rayong Educational Service Area 1was in a high level. 2. The comparison of the use of power exercised by administrators in expand education schoolsin Amphoe Pluak Daeng under the Office of Rayong Educational Service Area 1as classified by gender showed no statistical significant difference. However, this excluded the use of power in the area of reward giving and the use of enforcement power which showed statistical significant difference at .05 level. 3. The comparison of the use of power exercised by administrators in expand education schools in Amphoe Pluak Daeng under the Office of Rayong Educational Service Area 1as classified by their education background showed no statistical significant difference. However, this excluded the use of power in the area of becoming professional that showed statistical significant difference at .05 level. 4. The comparison of the use of power exercised by administrators in expand education schools in Amphoe Pluak Daeng under the Office of Rayong Educational Service Area 1as classified by work experience both in general and each aspect was statistical significant difference at .05 level. | |
