| dc.description.abstract | การดำเนินการวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในอำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผล ของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างมี 175 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified sampling) และการสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามขนาดของกลุ่มโรงเรียน โดยใช้ตารางกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejice & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 50 ข้อ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .58-.90 ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .98 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .46-.69 ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .71 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แค่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในอำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามรายด้านจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ การสร้างบารมี การคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล และการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา ตามลำดับ 2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในอำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามรายด้านจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ความสามารถแก้ปัญหาภายในโรงเรียน ความสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนและพัฒนาโรงเรียนให้เข้ากับสิ่งแวดล้อม ความสามารถ ผลิตนักเรียนให้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์สูงจำนวน และความสามารถในการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีทัศนคติทางบวก ตามลำดับ 3. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน ในอำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r) เท่ากับ .76 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับสูง | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to determine the level of transformational leadership of school administrators and the level of effectiveness of school in Bothong District under Chonburi primary educational service area office 2, and to study the relationship between transformational leadership of administrators and the effectiveness of school. The samples in this research were 175 teachers using stratified random sampling according to the size of school. The research instrument was a set of 50 items five-rating scale questionnaire. The questionnaire on leadership has discrimination power between .58-.90 with reliability at .98. The questionnaire on school effectiveness has discrimination power between .46-.69 with reliability at .71. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The transformational leadership of school administrators in Bothong District under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were rated at the high level in overall and specific aspect, ranking from: inspiration motivation, charisma leadership, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation respectively. 2. The effectiveness of school in Bothong District under Chonburi primary educational service area office 2 were at the high level in overall and specific aspect, ranking from: ability to solve problems within the school, ability to adapt and develop schools to the environment, ability to produce high student achievement and ability to develop students to a positive attitude respectively. 3. The transformational leadership of school administrators positively correlated with the effectiveness of the school with correlation coefficient (r) at .76 which was in the high level with level of significant difference at .05. | |
