| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในอำเภอวังน้ำเย็น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในอำเภอวังน้ำเย็น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สระแก้ว เขต 1 จำนวน 144 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ คือ มากที่สุด มาก ปานกลาง น้อย และน้อยที่สุด ได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .36-.94 โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X ) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธีการทดสอบแบบ (Scheffe) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในอำเภอวังน้ำเย็น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 1 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในอำเภอวังน้ำเย็น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการสอน และขนาดโรงเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในอำเภอวังน้ำเย็น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้วเขต 1 ข้อที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนา เป็นอันดับแรกแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ ควรมีการประชุมร่วมกันระหว่างผู้บริหารกับครู ควรให้ขวัญกำลังใจ ยกย่องชมเชยครูที่ประสบความสำเร็จส่งเสริมให้ครูวัดผลและประเมินผลตามสภาพจริง ผู้บริหาร และครูควรให้ความสำคัญกับการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนา ควรจัดให้มีการประเมินผลการพัฒนาการใช้สื่อ จัดให้มีการจัดตั้งและพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ ควรดำเนินการประสานความร่วมมือกับเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในการนิเทศการเรียนการสอน และควรประเมินกระบวนการในการบริหารจัดการศึกษา เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปพัฒนาและปรับปรุงการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the problems and guidelines for the development of academic affairs administration ofprimary schools in Wang Nam Yen district under Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample consists of 144 teachers in Wang Nam Yen district under Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument was a five-point-rating-scale questionnaire. The questionnaire was divided into 5 levels: maximum, much, moderate, low and least. The item discrimination power was between .36-.94 and the reliability was at .99. The data were analyzed using by percentage, Mean,Standard Deviation, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance and test the difference a couple with Scheffe method. The results of the study were as follow. 1. Academic administration problems in primary schools in Wang Nam Yen District under the Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a moderate level. 2. Compare the problems of primary school academic administration in Wang Nam Yen district under the Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by teaching experience and school size,difference was statistically significant at the .05 level. 3. Recommendations for thedevelopment of academic administration in primary schools in Wang Nam Yen district under the Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 include 1) the issue should be developed first, each side should have a meeting between the administrators and teachers. 2) Schools should give morale Praise the teacher for success. Encourage the teacher to measure and evaluate the situation. Administrators and teachers should focus on research to develop. Evaluation should be made on the development of media use. Provide the establishment and development of learning resources. Should cooperate with the school district to supervise the teaching. And should evaluate the process of educational management. To bring information to develop and improve the educational management of the school. | |
