| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาหาแนวทางปรับปรุงการบำรุงรักษาด้วยตนเอง (AM) เพื่อปรับปรุงการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วม (TPM) ในบริษัทผลิต โพลียรูีเทน แห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดชลบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสมภาษณ์ เชิงลึกส่วนของปัญหาในการทำระบบ TPM เสา AM และระบบฐานข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการทำการปรับปรุงงานบำรุงรักษา ด้วยตนเองตามกระบวนการ PDCA และข้อเสนอแนะการปรับปรุงกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นพนักงานบริษัททำการศึกษาวิจัย จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องจักรใช้ปฏิบัติการวิจัย 13 เครื่อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยการปฏิบัติงานจากระบบฐานข้อมูลที่ปรับปรุงการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้โปรแกรม SPSS for windows ในการวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติไดใช้ สถิติ Paired-sample t-test ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาหลักที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์สำหรับการทำงานบำรุงรักษาด้วยตนเองของระบบการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วม ปัญหาอันดับแรกไม่มีระบบในการติดตามว่างานการบำรุงรักษามีการทำจริงหรือไม่อย่างไร ไม่มีระบบการบันทึกข้อมูลงานบำรุงรักษาที่เป็นระบบระเบียบเป็นมาตราฐานเดียวกัน ไม่มีการตรวจสอบจากหัวหน้างานและส่วนสนับสนุนปัญหาลำดับต่อมามา การมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานความร่วมมือจากพนักงานและความเอาใจใส่ของหัวหน้างานการปรับปรุงโดยใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลในการทำงานบำรุงรักษาด้วยตนเอง พบว่า จากการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลมีจำนวนงานการบำรุงรักษาทำสำเร็จหลังปรับปรุงดีกว่าก่อนปรับปรุงที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ค่า t -3.311* และค่า Sig (2-tailed) .031 จำนวนงานทำเสร็จตามกำหนดหลังปรับปรุงดีกว่าก่อนปรับปรุงที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ค่า t -2.508* และค่า Sig (2-tailed) = .040 ระบบฐานข้อมูลสามารถดึงพนักงานและหัวหน้าางานให้มีส่วนร่วมในงานบำรุงรักษาด้วยตนเองได้เพิ่มขึ้น | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The aim of this research is to study to find the way to improve Autonomous Maintenance (AM) for improvement of Total Productive Maintenance in one of the Polyurethane companies in Chonburi. It is a qualitative, action and quantitative research. The equipment which was used in the research is in-depth interview of the problems in Autonomous Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance and Database of Autonomous Maintenance following PDCA process and some suggestions for improvement. The examples which were used in the research were the 20 employees in the company and 13 equipments were used for this research. The equipment was interview and collecting data process. The SPSS for Windows were used to analysis the data of the database which needed to improve and the Paired-Sample T test was used to analysis the statistic of the sample test comparing the before and after at the significant level .05 From the result found that the main problems which had gained from the analysis for Autonomous Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance are the lack of the following of feedback of the improvement whether it was working or not, lack of the saving data of the improvement, don’t have the checkup for the leaders and supporters and also the participation of the employees and the attention of the employers. From the using of the database for Autonomous Maintenance found that this method is success number of mainteannce work done after the improvement was better than before at significant .05 level, t value = -3.311 * and Sig value (2-tailed) = .031. The number of jobs completed as due date before and after the used database at significantly .05 level, t value = -2.508 * and Sig (2-tailed) = .040. The number has increased after the improvement. The database can pull the employees and employers to become one part in Autonomous Maintenance more. | |
