| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเรื่อง แนวทางการพัฒนาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองในจังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กฯโดยพิจารณาตามขนาดของศูนย์ 2. เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก 3. เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ ผู้บริหารหรือผู้อำนวยการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและผู้ปกครองที่ใช้บริการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารหรือผู้อำนวยการ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและเก็บแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสถิติสำเร็จรูป SPSS โดยมีสถิติที่ใช้ คือค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยใช้ Independent sample t-test และใช้สถิติแบบ One-way ANOVA/ F-test ซึ่ง One-way ANOVA จะต้องใช้วิธีเปรียบเทียบเชิงซ้อน (Multiple comparison) โดยใช้การทดสอบแบบ Least Significant Difference (LSD) เพื่อหา ว่าค่าเฉลี่ยคู่ใดบ้างที่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ 1. การบริหารจัดการของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กที่มีขนาดที่แตกต่างกัน จะส่งผลให้มีประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการที่แตกต่างกัน 2. พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการจะยึดการบริหารจัดการตามมาตรฐานที่ได้มีการจัดรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการไว้อยู่แล้ว ซึ่งส่งผลให้ในแต่ละศูนย์นั้นมีการบริหารจัดการที่ใกล้เคียงกัน การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงที่มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปีในเรื่อง ของความพึงพอใจในแต่ละด้าน ดังนี้ คือ 1. ความพึงพอใจด้านทำเลที่ตั้ง 2. ความพึงพอใจด้านด้านอาคารสถานที่ 3. ความพึงพอใจด้านครู/ บุคลากร 4. ความพึงพอใจด้านการเรียนการสอน 5. ความพึงพอใจด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ปกครอง 6. ความพึงพอใจด้านความปลอดภัย พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจในแต่ละด้านซึ่งโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งหมด ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยควรมีการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพควรมีการจัดการด้านทำเลที่ตั้งให้มีความเสมอภาคและเป็นมาตรฐานในทุกขนาดของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กควรมีห้องเรียนที่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนนักเรียน ควรมีการอบรมและมีการประเมินบุคลากรในทุก ๆ ด้านมีสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่ทันสมัยมากขึ้นมีการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ปกครองและมีการวางแผนและการใส่ใจในรายละเอียดของความปลอดภัยให้เหมาะสมกับศูนยพัฒนาเด็กเล็กแต่ละแห่ง | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The research had the following objectives: 1) to study the management efficiency of Child Development Centersbased on management standards of the Child Development Center, 2) to study ‘users’ satisfaction with Child Development Center in the Municipality of Muang District, and 3) to suggest the guidelines for the development of Child Development Center in the Municipality of Muang District. The sample group consisted of Executivesor Directorsof Child Development Center and parents using Child Development Center in the Municipality of Muang District. The instrument used for the study consisted of the interviews conducted to Executivesor Directorsof Child Development Center and questionnaires which were used to collect parents’ satisfaction.SPSS was used for data analysis. The statistics used for the study consisted of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Independent sample t-test and One-way ANOVA F-test were used for testing the mean values. Multiple comparison was used in One-way ANOVA. LeastSignificant Difference (LSD) was also used to find out which pair of means was different at the statistical significance level of 0.05. From qualitative research, the findings were as follows: 1) the management of Child Development Centers whose sizes were different had a different effect on management efficiency, and 2) Child Development Centers which were tenacious to the standard management had similar management style. For the quantitative research, it was found that most of the respondents were female parents aged 31-40 years. To the aspects of their satisfaction which consisted of 1) the location of the center, 2) the buildings, 3) teachers and staff, 4) teaching method, 5) the relationship with parents and 6) security, it was found that the respondents’ overall satisfaction on all aspects was at the high level. It is suggested that there should be fair and standard management for the Child. Development Center in every aspect such as its location and size. There should be staff’s trainings and appraisal in every aspect. There should be innovative teaching materials and activities which are organized to build the relationships with parents. There should also be planning and care for safety details that are appropriate for each Child Development Center. | |
