| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านตามการรับรู้และความคาดหวังของประชาชนตำบลเสม็ด จังหวัดชลบุรีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ และระดับความคาดหวังต่อการปฏิบัติตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลเสม็ด จังหวัดชลบุรีและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้และความคาดหวังของประชาชนต่อ การปฏิบัติตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลเสม็ด จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนในเขตตำบลเสม็ด จำนวน 199 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่และร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างบทบาทตามการรับรู้ และความคาดหวังของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลเสม็ด จังหวัดชลบุรี ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ Pair sample t-test ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับการรับรู้ต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลเสม็ด จังหวัดชลบุรีภาพรวมและทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างไม่ดี เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมป้องกันควบคุมโรคติดต่อสูงที่สุด ส่วนระดับความคาดหวังต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลเสม็ด จังหวัดชลบุรีภาพรวมและทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า มีความคาดหวัง ด้านการปรับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพโดยทำตนเป็นแบบอย่างและสร้างพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในชุมชนสูงที่สุด สำหรับการเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลเสม็ด จังหวัดชลบุรี ตามการรับรู้และความคาดหวัง พบว่า ประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลเสม็ด จังหวัดชลบุรีตามการรับรู้และความคาดหวังแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีความคาดหวังสูงกว่าการรับรู้ | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to examine a level of public perceptions and expectations towards the roles and duties of village health care volunteers in Samed sub-district, Chon Buri Province. Also, this study intended to compare the level of public perceptions and expectations towards the roles and duties of village health care volunteers in Samed sub-district. The subjects participating in this study were 199 people living in the area of Samed sub-district, Chon Buri Province. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. Also, the test of pair sample t-test with a preset of a significant level of .05 was administered to compare the differences between the level of public perceptions and expectations towards the roles and duties of village health care volunteers in Samed sub-district. The results of the study revealed that level of public perceptions towards the roles and duties of village health care volunteers in Samed sub-district was at a rather poor level.Specifically, the aspects in relation to environment and prevention of communicable diseases were rated at the poorest level. Regarding the public expectation towards the roles and duties of village health care volunteers in Samed sub-district, they were rated at a high level. In particular, the expectations in relation to the health care volunteers’ behavioral adjustment as a role model of health care and the creation of healthy behavior in the community were rated at the highest level. In addition, based on the results from the comparisons, it was shown that there were statistically significant differences in the subjects’ perceptions and expectations towards the roles and duties of village health care volunteers in Samed sub-district, Chon Buri Province at a significant level of .05. In other words, the subjects expressed a higher level of expectation towards the roles and duties of village health care volunteers in Samed sub-district than the level of their perceptions. | |
