dc.description.abstractการศึกษาเรื่องการจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำในพื้นที่ตำบลดอนฉิมพลี อำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำในพื้นที่ตำบลดอนฉิมพลี อำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อทางการจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำในพื้นที่ตำบลดอนฉิมพลี อำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำแนกตาม อาชีพ ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่เขตที่พักอาศัย และประสบการณ์ในการเผชิญกับปัญหาภัยแล้งและน้ำท่วม โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ จำนวน 360 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ (Post hoc) โดยวิธี LSD ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประชาชนมีความเห็นต่อการจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำในพื้นที่ตำบลดอนฉิมพลี อำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา ในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด โดยด้านการสร้างความมั่นคงของน้ำภาคการผลิต (ภาคเกษตร) มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงเป็นอันดับที่ 1 รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดการน้ำท่วมและอุทกภัย ด้านการจัดการน้ำ เพื่ออุปโภคบริโภคและด้านการจัดการคุณภาพน้ำ ตามลำดับ และผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำ ในพื้นที่ตำบลดอนฉิมพลี อำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ประชาชนในพื้นที่ตำบลดอนฉิมพลีที่มีอาชีพต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำในพื้นที่ตำบลดอนฉิมพลีแตกต่างกัน ส่วนประชาชนในพื้นที่ตำบลดอนฉิมพลีที่มีระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่เขตที่พักอาศัยและประสบการณ์ ในการเผชิญกับปัญหาภภัยแล้ง และน้ำท่วมต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำในพื้นที่ตำบลดอนฉิมพลีไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this study was to examine water governance in the area of Donchimplee Sub-district, Amphoe Bang Nam Priao, Chacheongsao Province. Also, this study intended to compare a level of public opinions towards water governance in the area of Donchimplee Sub-district, Amphoe Bang Nam Priao, Chacheongsao Province as classified by occupation, length of residency in the area, area of residency, and experience facing drought and flood. The subjects participating in this study were 360 residents of Donchimplee Sub-district. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA. Also, the Least Significant Difference test (LSD) was also administered to test the differences between pairs. The results of this study revealed that the subjects viewed that the water governance in the area of Donchimplee Sub-district was highly appropriate. Specifically, the aspect in relation to the water stability for production (Agricultural sector) was rated the highest, followed by the aspects relating to management of flood and drought, water for consumption, and quality of water, respectively. In addition, based on the results from the comparisons, it was shown that there was a statistically significant difference in the level of opinions towards water governance in the area of Donchimplee Sub-district, Amphoe Bang Nam Priao, Chacheongsao Province among the subjects with different occupation. Finally, no statistically significant differences were found in the level of opinions towards water governance in the area of Donchimplee Sub-district, Amphoe Bang Nam Priao, Chacheongsao Province among the subjects with different length of residency, area of residency, and experience facing drought or flood at a significant level of .05.
