| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเรื่อง คุณลักษณะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ในตำแหน่งผู้บังคับกองพันตามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการทหาร: ศึกษากรณีหน่วยบัญชาการต่อสู้อากาศยานและรักษาฝั่ง มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ในตำแหน่งผู้บังคับกองพัน ตามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการทหาร และเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ในตำแหน่งผู้บังคับกองพันตามความคิดเห็น ของข้าราชการทหาร จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการทหารหน่วยบัญชาการต่อสู้อากาศยานและรักษาฝั่ง จำนวน 381 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) เท่ากับ 0.9498 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X ) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คุณลักษณะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ในตำแหน่งผู้บังคับกองพันที่ข้าราชการทหารต้องการในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ความจงรักภักดี เป็นอันดับหนึ่ง รองลงมาคือ การมีวิสัยทัศน์ และความซื่อสัตย์ ตามลำดับ ส่วนคุณลักษณะความริเริ่มเป็นคุณลักษณะที่ข้าราชการทหารต้องการเป็นลำดับท้ายสุด ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะของผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ในตำแหน่งผู้บังคับกองพัน จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ข้าราชการทหารที่มีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะของผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ในตำแหน่งผู้บังคับกองพัน หน่วยบัญชาการต่อสู้อากาศยานและรักษาฝั่งแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนข้าราชการทหารที่มีอายุระดับชั้นยศ ระดับเงินเดือน และระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะของผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ในตำแหน่งผู้บังคับกองพันหน่วยบัญชาการต่อสู้อากาศยานและรักษาฝั่งไม่แตกต่างกัน | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to examine desired attributes of leaders for the position of battalion commanders based on the opinions of government soldiers and to compare the desired attributes of leaders as classified by personal factors. The subjects participating in this study were 381 soldiers working for Air and Coastal Defense Command. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire with a reliability level of 0.9498. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included percentage, means, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. The results of this study revealed that the desired attributes of leaders taking the position of battalion commanders was the attribute in relation to loyalty, followed the ones relating to vision, honesty, and initiative, respectively. All of these attributes were rated at a high level. In addition, based on the results from the comparisons, it was shown that there was a statistically significant difference in the opinions towards the desired attributes of leaders for the position of battalion commanders among the subjects who had different years of work in the unit at a significant level of .05. Finally, no statistically significant differences were found in the opinions towards the desired attributes of leaders for the position of battalion commanders among the subjects who had different age, position rank, amount of income, and educational level. | |
