| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการบริหารงานพัสดุในคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา รวมทั้งเปรียบเทียบปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนา การบริหารงานพัสดุ จำแนกตามสถานภาพ อายุราชการ และความถี่ในการใช้บริการประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัย ได้แก่ บุคลากรคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดเลือกตอบและมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F-test ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1. ปัญหาในการบริหารงานพัสดุ ของผู้บริหารและผู้ปฎิบัติงานพัสดุ ในคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และในรายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดหาพัสดุ ด้านการเก็บรักษาพัสดุ ด้านการเบิก-จ่าย และด้านการจำหน่าย ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานพัสดุของผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานพัสดุในคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา มีแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานพัสดุในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับน้อย และในรายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดหาพัสดุ ด้านการเก็บรักษาพัสดุ ด้านการเบิก-จ่าย และด้านการจำหน่าย ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนางานพัสดุในคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา พบว่า ผู้บริหารและผู้ปฎิบัติงานพัสดุ ในคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่มีสถานภาพ อายุราชการ และความถี่ในการใช้บริหารแตกต่างกันมีปัญหาในการบริหารงานพัสดุ ไม่แตกต่างกัน และผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานพัสดุ ในคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่มีสถานภาพ และความถี่ในการใช้บริการแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานพัสดุ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นผู้บริหารและกลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติงานพัสดุในคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่มีอายุราชการน้อยกว่า 5 ปี มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานพัสดุในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of the research were to investigate problems and development guidelines concerning the management of materials supply in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and to compare problems and development guidelines categorized by status, years of work experiences, and service use frequency. The population and the sample group were personnel of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Burapha University. The instrument used for data collection was questionnaire with multiple choices and rating scale. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and f-test. The findings were as follows: 1. The administrators and performers' problems of the materials supply management were generally at the moderate level. The four categories of material supply including provision of the supply, storing, materials supply process, and disposal were not perceived differently. 2. The administrators and performers' development guidelines were at the low level. The four categories of material supply including provision of the materials supply, storing, materials supply process, and disposal were not perceived differently. 3. The results of the comparison of problems and development guidelines concerning materials supply of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences revealed that both the administrators and the officials whoses status, years of week experience, and service use frequency were different had no difference in problems of the materials supply management. Both the administrators and officials of materials supply whose staus and the service use frequency were different had no difference in the development guidelines of the materials supply management. However, the administrators and officials whose work experiences were less than 5 years generally had different opinion in development guidelines of material supply. | en |
