| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบรูปแบบของครูในฝันตามความคิดเห็นของนิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ หลักสูตร 5 ปี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษาได้แก่ นิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ หลักสูตร 5 ปี จำนวน 170 คน ปีการศึกษา 2547 โดยการสุ่ม กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นโดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับประกอบด้วย รูปแบบครูในฝัน 5 ด้าน คือด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านคุณธรรมและจรรยาบรรณ ด้านความมุ่งมั่น พัฒนา ด้านความรู้ทางวิชาการ ด้านทักษะการสอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยการใช้การวิเคราะห์ t-test และความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Analysis of Variance) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบครูในฝันที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามต้องการ โดยเรื่องลำดับจากคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ทางวิชาการ ด้านมุ่งมั่นพัฒนา ด้านคุณธรรมและจรรยาบรรณ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นรูปแบบครูในฝันที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามต้องการ จำแนกตามเพศและสาขา การสอนพบว่า ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านคุณธรรมและจรรยาบรรณ ด้านความมุ่งมั่นพัฒนา ด้านความรู้ทางวิชาการ ด้านทักษะการสอนแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study and to compare the model of a smart teacher: five years curriculum students’ perspective in Faculty of Education. The sample of this study consisted of 170 five years curriculum students in Faculty of Education, Burapha University in academic year 2004 by stratified random sampling methods. The data collection instrument was a five level rating scale questionnaire. The content of the questionnaire consisted of the personality, moral and code of ethics, determination in development, the academic aspects and instruction skill. The statistics used in the data analysis were the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the hypothesis test by t-test and one way analysis of variance. The result’s revealed that: the model of the smart teacher according to the perspective of five years curriculum students’ in Faculty of Education were at the academic aspects, determination in development and moral and code of ethics. Level of views comparison on the model of the smart teacher: five years curriculum students’ perspective in Faculty of Education as perceived by student, when classified by gender and field of subjects, as a whole and in each dimension was non-significantly different. | en |
