| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน และตรวจสอบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนในการนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานภาคตะวันออก 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) คุณลักษณะด้านความรู้ของนักเรียนสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน 3) คุณลักษณะด้านทักษะกระบวนการของนักเรียนสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน 4) คุณลักษณะด้านเจตคติของนักเรียนสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยสำหรับแบบสอบถามเป็นครูสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 742 คน การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) และสนทนากลุ่มเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานภาคตะวันออกอาเซียน และแบบสัมภาษณ์สภาพ ความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x ̅) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยส่งผลโดยการใช้โปรแกรม :LISREL จากการสัมภาษณ์โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus group) และการวิเคราะห์แบบอุปนัย (Inductive Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การสัมภาษณ์ความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน มี 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน คุณลักษณะด้านความรู้ของนักเรียนสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน คุณลักษณะด้านกระบวนการของนักเรียนสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน คุณลักษณะด้านเจตคติของนักเรียนสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ สมรรนะของสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย ทิศทางของสถานศึกษา หลักสูตร โครงสร้าง บุคลากร งบประมาณ สถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ เครือข่าย และกระบวนการดำเนินงาน ประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การดำเนินการ การตรวจสอบ และการปรับปรุง 2. ความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ปัจจัยด้านสมรรถนะศึกษา และปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยปัจจัยด้านสมรรถนะของสถานศึกษา และปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงานส่งผลทางตรงต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน โดยปัจจัยด้านสมรรถนะของสถานศึกษาส่งผลทางอ้อมผ่านปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงานต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน สามารถพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ได้ร้อยละ 93 4. ผลการตรวจสอบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานภาคตะวันออก มีความเหมาะสมเป็นไปได้สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้สอดคล้อง กับผลการวิจัย | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of the study were to interview and investigate the success of school administration based on ASEAN Community 4 aspects: 1) the efficiency of schools administration based on ASEAN Community 2) knowledge of students based on ASEAN Community, 3) purposes skills of student based on ASEAN Community, and 4) attitude of students based on ASEAN Community, factors affecting the success of school administration based on ASEAN Community under the Basis Education commission in the Eastern and the confirmation of the factors to practices. The sample 17 key informants from administration, vice administration, teachers and school committees by purposive sampling for interview type and consisted of 742 teachers random sampling as classified by school size for questionnaires and 20 experts from the Primary Educational Service Area and the Secondary Educational Service Area under the Basis Education commission in the Eastern for focus group discussion. The instruments used for the study were interview, a rating scale questionnaires 5 level and focus group discussion. Statistics uses for analyzing the data were mean, standard deviation. LISREL Model was analyzing, and the success and focus group discussion using by content analyzing and inductive analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The interview about the success of school administration based on ASEAN Community found have 4 aspects: 1) the efficiency of schools administration based on ASEAN Community 2) knowledge of students based on ASEAN Community, 3) purposes skills of student based on ASEAN Community, and 4) attitude of students based on ASEAN Community and factors affecting the success of school administration based on ASEAN Community under the Basis Education commission in the Eastern have 2 factors: 1 the school competencies components 1) direct of school 2) curriculum 3) structure 4) personnel 5) budget 6) place 7) material 8) network and 2. the procedure process components: 1) plan 2) do 3) check 4) act 2. The success of school administration based on ASEAN Community, the school competencies and the procedure process factors were rate of total and each aspect at a high level. 3. An analysis of the LISREL Model a agreement with the empirical data which the factors affecting the success of the school administration based on ASEAN Community components the school competencies, and the procedure process factors affected directly to the success of school administration based on ASEAN Community for studying this program. The school competencies factor in directly through the procedure process factor to the success of school administration based on ASEAN Community for study in this program. This model could predict the success of school administration based on ASEAN Community to study program including of 93% 4. The confirmation of the factors of affecting the success of school administration based on ASEAN Community under Basis Education commission in the Eastern were found accurate, appropriate, possible and accordance with the results research. | en |
