| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and development) มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) พัฒนากิจกรรม CREAM เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์และ 2) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะ ที่พึงประสงค์ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย หลังเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม CREAM กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจ านวน 10 คน และนิสิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่ศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นปีที่ 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เนื่องจากนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 เป็นนิสิตใหม่ที่เพิ่งก้าวเข้าสู่วิชาชีพครูปฐมวัยจึงมีความเหมาะสมต่อการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ และเพื่อให้นิสิตได้ตรวจสอบความรู้สึกของตนที่มีต่อวิชาชีพครูปฐมวัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) คู่มือการจัดกิจกรรมCREAM เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย 2) สมุดบันทึกกิจกรรม CREAM ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย และ 3) แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. กิจกรรม CREAM เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นกำหนดกรอบการเรียนรู้ขั้นสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ขั้นแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และขั้นประเมินผล การเรียนรู้โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.52, = 0.13) 2. นิสิตที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม CREAM มีคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม ( = 3.68, = 0.41) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ด้านความรักและความศรัทธาในวิชาชีพครูปฐมวัยและสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นของครูปฐมวัย ด้านความร่วมมือกับ ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องอย่างสร้างสรรค์และทักษะในการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนรู้และการสื่อสารอยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม และทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์อยู่ในระดับดีมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study used research and development approach with attempts to 1) develop CREAM learning activities to enhance desirable characteristics, and 2) to investigate desirable characteristics of pre-service teachers in early childhood education. The target participants were 10 experts and 30 first-year pre-service teachers, who were purposefully selected, in early childhood education, Faculty of Education, Burapha University, enrolled in the second semester of academic year 2017. The first-year pre-service teachers were appropriated to be the participants because they have just entered the program and they would have a chance to assess their feelings toward the profession of early childhood teachers. The research instruments consist of 1) a manual to organize CREAM learning activities to enhance desirable characteristics of pre-service teachers in early childhood education, 2) a notebook to record CREAM learning activities, 3) an assessment form to evaluate desirable characteristics of pre-service teachers. The analysis was conducted by using mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. CREAM learning activities to enhance desirable characteristics consisted of 4 steps: 1) determining learning framework, 2) creating work, 3) sharing, and 4) evaluating learning. The experts evaluated the appropriateness in the highest level. ( = 4.52, = 0.13) 2. Pre-service teacher were participated in the CREAM learning activities possessed desirable characteristics in the excellent level ( = 3.68, = 0.41). When considering each aspect, it was found that there were 3 aspects of desirable characteristics in the excellent level: 1) love and faith in the profession of early childhood teachers. 2) Creatively cooperate with stakeholders, and 3) skills in application of information technology learning and communication. It was also found that the aspect of creative thinking was at the very high level. | th_TH |
