dc.description.abstractการพัฒนาระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเปิด (MOOCS) เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพกำลังคนในพื้นที่เขต เศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก จะเชื่อมโยงกับระบบย่อยหลายระบบ คือระบบริเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาศักยภาพกำลังคน ระบบออกแบบและผสิตรายวิชา ระบบวัดและประเมินรายวิชา MOOC นอกจากนี้ภายใต้การพัฒนาระบบนี้จะก่อให้เกิดการผลิตรายวิชา MOOC ที่สนองต่อความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการ ผู้ใช้แรงงาน รวมถึงประชาชนทั่วไป การพัฒนาระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเปิด (MOOCs) เป็นกลยุทธ์ที่สำคัญของมหาวิทยาสัยบูรพา ในฐานะที่เป็นสถาบันการศึกษาระดับอุตมศึกษาในพื้นที่เขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก ในการยกระดับ คุณภาพการศึกษาสู่มาตรฐานสากล และการสร้างบุคลากรคุณภาพสนองต่อความต้องการของพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก เป็นกลไกหลักในการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายและเป็นที่พึ่งในการพัฒนาพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกอย่างยั่งยืน งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือเพื่อพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเปิด(MOOCs) ซึ่งเป็นแพลตฟอร์มบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการสนับสนุนคณาจารย์และบุคลากรในการพัฒนารายวิชา MOOC ที่สอดคล้องกับความจำเป็นในการเพิ่มทักษะในการทำงานและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการกำลังคนในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก เป็นการวิชัยและพัฒนา (Research & Development) โดยมีขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1. การวิเคราะห์และสังเดราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ศักยภาพ ทักษะ และความต้องการของคณาจารย์ และบุคลากรในการพัฒนารายวิชา MOOC เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพกำลังคนในเขดเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก 2. การออกแบบและพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มระบบการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเปิด (MOOC เพื่อ พัฒนาศักยภาพกำลังคนในเขตเตรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก โดยนักพัฒนาระบบ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้งด้านระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสาร การจัดการเรียนรู้ และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่รับผิดชอบการบริหารจัดการการพัฒนารายวิชา MOOC 3. การทดสอบการใช้งานและประเมินผล เป็นชั้นตอนของการให้ผู้ที่จะต้องใช้งานระบบ คือ (3) คณาจารย์ที่เสนอขอผลิตรายวิชา MCOC (ข) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่ประเมินความถูกต้องของเนื้อหารายวิชาและผลลัทธ์การเรียนรู้ (ค) เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่รับผิดชอบการบริหารจัดการการพัฒนารายวิชา MOOC เข้ามาทดลองใช้ระบบและประเมินความหึงพอใจในการใช้งานผ่านแบบประเมิน 4. การปรับปรุงระบบการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเปิด (MOOC) โดยการนำผลการประเมินจาก ข้อ 3 มาปรับปรุง ผลการดำเนินโดรงการวิจัย คือ (ก) แพลตฟอร์มที่เป็นระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเปิด (MOOC) 1 ระบบและมีระบบย่อย 2 ระบน ได้แก่ ระบบย่อยการเสนอผสิตรายวิชาและระบบย่อยการประเมินคุณภาพเนื้อหารายวิชา (ข) อาจารย์และอาจารย์และบุคลากรมีทักษะในการใช้ระบบการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเปิด (MOOC) และ (ค) มีรายวิชา MOOC ที่ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มที่เป็นระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเปิด (MOOC)th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe development of massive online open learning management systems (MOOCs) to develop the potential of manpower in the Eastern Economic Corridor is linked to several subsystems, namely Requirements analysis system to develop manpower potential, Course design and production system, Measurement and Evaluation System for MOOC Courses. In addition, under the development of this system, MOOC courses will be produced that meet the needs of entrepreneurs, laborers, and the general public. The development of massive online open learning management systems (MOOCs) is an important strategy of Burapha University as an institution of higher education in the Eastern Economic Corridor Development Zone in elevating the quality of education to international standards and creating quality personnel to meet the needs of the eastern region. It is the main mechanism for driving targeted industries and is relied on for sustainable development in the eastern region. The purpose of this research is to develop the massive online open learning management systems (MOOCs), an effective management platform to support university’s staff in the development of MOOC courses that are in line with the needs of students. Increasing work skills and in line with the needs of manpower in the Eastern Corridor Development Zone. It is research and development (R & D) with the following steps: 1. Analysis and synthesis of basic data, potential skills and needs of faculty and personnel in MOOC course development to develop manpower potential in the Eastern Economic Corridor. 2. Design and development of the massive online open learning management systems (MOOC) platform to develop manpower potential in the Eastern Economic Corridor by system developer Experts in online teaching and learning management systems, communication technology, learning management and the operational staff responsible for the management of MOOC course development. 3. Functional testing and evaluation. It is the process of giving people who will need to use the system, namely (a) faculty members who propose to produce MOOC courses, (b) experts who assess the accuracy of course content and learning outcomes, (c) staff members responsible for managing the development of MOOC courses to try the system and assess the satisfaction of using it through the assessment form. 4. Improving the massive online open learning management system (MOOC) by improving the assessment results from item 3. The results of the research project are (a) a platform for manage mamassive open learning management system (MOOC) and two subsystems, namely the course production subsystem and the course content quality assessment subsystem; Instructors and staff are skilled in using the Open Learning Management System (MOOC) and (c) MOOC courses available through the MOOC platform.th_TH
