dc.description.abstract	การประเมินหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต หลักสูตรพุทธศักราช 2535 ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรในด้านต่อไปนี้1. วัตถุประสงค์และเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตร2. ศักยภาพของคณาจารย์และศักยภาพเชิงวิชาการของนิสิต3. กระบวนการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตร4. คุณภาพบัณฑิตกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยผู้ทรวงคุรวุฒิด้านหลักสูตร 30 คน คณาจารย์ผู้สอนหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต จำนวน 104 คน บัณฑิต 230 คน ผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต 105 คน นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 241 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามจำนวน 5 ชุด ชุดที่หนึ่ง แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านหลักสูตร ชุดที่สอง แบบสอบถามสำหรับคณาจารย์ผู้สอนหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต ชุดที่สาม แบบสอบถามบัณฑิต ชุดที่สี่ แบบสอบถามผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต ชุดที่ห้า แบบสอบถามบัณฑิตสรุปผลการวิจัย1. การประเมินด้านวัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตร ปรากฏว่าหลักสูตรพุทธศักราช 2535 มีโครงสร้างหลักสูตร รายวิชาการศึกษาทั่วไป รายวิชาชีพครู รายวิชาเอก รายวิชาโท เหมาะสมระดับปานกลาง พัฒนาเป็นหลักสูตรปรับปรุงพุทธศักราช 2538 และ 2541 มีโครงสร้างหลักสูตร รายวิชาเรียน คำอธิบาย มีความเหมาะสมมากขึ้น2. การประเมินศักยภาพของคณาจารย์ด้านคุณวุฒิ ภาระงานของคณาจารย์ สัดส่วนวุฒิคณาจารย์ระดับปริญญาโทต่อวุฒิปริญญาเอก เท่ากับร้อยละ 82.69 ต่อร้อยละ 17.31 แสดงว่า สัดส่วนวุฒิของคณาจารย์มีความเหมาะสมระดับปานกลาง คณาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่มีผลงานวิชาการระดับน้อย ส่วนนิสิตที่เข้าศึกษาได้คะแนนสอบคัดเลือกอยุ่ในระดับปานกลาง แสดงว่าผู้เข้าเรียนในคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา มีความสามารถปานกลาง3. การประเมินกระบวนการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตร คณาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่มีคุณลักษณะเป็นอาจารย์ที่ดี คือ มีการเตรียมการสอน มีเอกสารประกอบการสอน ใช้รูปแบบการสอนหลายรูปแบบ อบรมสั่งสอนคุณธรรมและศีลธรรมให้กับนิสิต ส่วนนิสิตมีคุณลักษณะเป็นผู้เรียนที่ดี คือเข้าชั้นเรียนตรงเวลา ตั้งใจเรียนและทำงานที่มอบหมายเสร็จทันเวลา มีความพร้อมในการเรียนการสอน4. การประเมินผลผลิต บัณฑิตหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิตมีคุณภาพดี คือ มีความรู้เชิงวิชาการสูง เป็นผู้มีคุณธรรม สามารถปรับตัวและมีความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับผู้บังคับบัญชา และเพื่อนร่วมงาน	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The Evaluation of the B.E. 2535 Curriculum of Bachelor of Education program of Faculty of Education, Burapha University was aimed to evaluate the curriculum in the following aspects :1.Objectives and subject contents of the curriculum2. Faculty's capacity and student's academic competence3.the teaching and learning process4.Graduates' qualitiesThe sample consisted of 30 experts on curriculum,104 faculty staff teaching in the bachelor of Education program, 230 graduates,105 graduates' work supervisors and 241 forth-year students.The instruments used in the research were 5 sets of interview forms and questionnaire. The first one was an interview form for curriculum experts ; the second was an interview form for curriculum experts; the second was an interview form for the teaching staff; the third one was a questionnaire for graduated; the forth one was a questionnaire for graduates' work supervisors; and the fifth one was a questionnaire for students.Summery of the Findings1.Objectives and subjects contets the curriculum structure of the B.E. 2535 curriculum of bachelor of Education in the categories of General Education, Teaching Professional Subject,Major Subjects, and Minor Subjects was found being moderately appropriate. Then it was revised and developed into the B.E. 2538 and the B.E. 2538 and the B.E. 2541 ones having more appropriateness in the curriculum structure, academic course, and course descriptions.2. Evaluation of faculty's capacity in tern of qualifications and working load proportion of faculty's qualifications between those holding master degrees and doctora degrees were 82.69 : 17.31 percent, which indicated the moderate level of appropriatenes Most of the faculty had a low level of acadermic work. The entrance score of the student entering the education program was at a moderate level, which indicated a moderate level of academic competence of students in Faculty of Education, Burapha University.3. Education of the teaching and learning process : most of the faculty were forhaving characteristics of being good instructors, which included having teaching preparae teaching materials, varieties of teaching styles, and moral and ethical lessons to the student Also, the students were found having characteristics of being good learners, which include being punctual, being attentive and responsible for class assignments, and being ready for the class.4. Evaluation of the outcome : graduates of the curriculum of Bachelor of Education Program were found having high academic competence, being moral, having self-adjust and having good relationship with their work supervisors and colleagues.	en
