dc.description.abstract	การวิจัย เรื่อง การพัฒนาหลักสูตรอบรม เรื่อง ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) สำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออก เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตรอบรม เรื่อง ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) สำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออก 2. เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิพลของหลักสูตรอบรมเรื่อง ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) สำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นครูอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกจำนวน 20 คน ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดังนี้ 1) ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 2 ) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์หาคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ ได้แก่ ค่า IOC ค่าความยาก ค่าอำนาจจำแนก และการประเมินผลก่อนและหลังอบรมรูปแบบ E1/E2 เกณฑ์ที่ใช้วัดกำหนดมาตรฐานไว้ 80/803) การเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนและหลังการอบรมโดยใช้การทดสอบทีแบบไม่อิสระ (Dependent t-test) สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การพัฒนาหลักสูตรอบรม เรื่อง ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) สำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกมีองค์ประกอบหลัก 4 ประการคือ วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหาวิชา ประสบการณ์การเรียน และการประเมินผล 2. ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพหลักสูตรกับครูอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 20 คน พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพผลคะแนนในระหว่างการอบรม E1 = 83.62 และประสิทธิภาพ ผลคะแนนหลังการอบรม E2 = 86.10 3. การเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนและหลังการอบรมครูอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 20 คน มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังการอบรมสูงกว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนการอบรม 4. การติดตามผลหลังการอบรม การได้รับความรู้ และข้อเสนอแนะ หลังการอบรม เรื่อง ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) สำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออก ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The research on training course construction on Professional Learning Community( PLC) for Vocational Teacher in the Eastern Region.” has two main objectives; 1) to develop a training course curriculum on Professional Learning Community( PLC) for vocational teacher in the Eastern Region and, 2) to validate the effectiveness of the developed training program on Professional Learning Community ( PLC) for vocational teachers in the Eastern Region. The participants in this study were 20 Vocational Teachers in the Eastern Region. The researcher analyzed the data with the following statistics; 1) mean and standard deviation were used to compute the descriptive data, 2) IOC score. difficulty level, discrimination level, the of E1 and E2 score were used for determining the quality of the research tools and, 3) the t-test was used to determine the differences in means between pretest and post test scores. The results of the study were as follows; 1. The developed training course curriculum on Professional Learning Community( PLC) for vocational teachers in the Eastern Region) consisted of 4 elements: 1) objectives, 2) content, 3) learning experiences, and 4) evaluation. 2.The results of the effectiveness validation of the developed training program according to E1/E2 were that E1=83.62, and E2=86.10. 3. The results of of the training implementation with 20 vocational teachers in the Eastern Region, it was found that the scores after the training is higher than before the training. 4. The follow-up after training it was found that the aiming of knowledge and the recommendations after the training on the Professional Learning Community (PLC) were at high level in all aspects.	en
