ผลของจำนวนผีเสื้อข้าวสาร Corcyra cephalonica Stainton ที่ถูกเบียน จำนวนตัวเต็มวัย จำนวนตัวเต็มวัยเพศเมียและเพศผู้ของแตนเบียนไข่ Trichogramm confusum Viggiani ที่ออกมาจากไข่ที่ถูกเบียน โดยการเปรียบเทียบการเบียนไข่ผีเสื้อข้าวสาร ที่อัตราส่วนเพศผู้ต่อเพศเมียของแตนเบียนไข่ 25:100, 50:100, 75:100 และ100:100 โดยให้ลงเบียนไข่ผีเสื้อข้าวสารที่ระยะเวลาเบียนต่างๆ กันคือ 8, 12, 16, 20, และ 24 ชั่วโมง รวมเป็น 20 การทดลองทำทั้งหมด 4 ซ้ำ พบว่าอัตราส่วนเพศผู้ต่อเพศเมียของแตนเบียนไข่ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระยะเวลาเบียนและอัตราส่วนเพศผู้ต่อเพศเมียของแตนเบียนไข่ ไม่ทำให้ไข่ผีเสื้อข้าวสารที่ถูกเบียนจำนวนตัวเต็มวัย จำนวนตัวเต็มวัยเพศเมียและเพศผู้ของแตนเบียนไข่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ส่วนระยะเวลาเบียนไข่ผีเสื้อข้าวสารมีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 จากผลการทดลองไข่ผีเสื้อข้าวสารถูกเบียนสูงสุดที่อัตราส่วนเพศผู้ต่อเพศเมียของแตนเบียนไข่ 50:100 ระยะเวลาเบียนไข่ผีเสื้อข้าวสาร 24 ชั่วโมง ไข่ที่ถูกเบียนและฟักเป็นตัวเต็มวัยของแตนเบียนไข่สูงสุดที่อัตราส่วน 100: 100 ระยะเวลาเบียนไข่ผีเสื้อข้าวสาร 24 ชั่วโมง แตนเบียนไข่ฟักเป็นตัวเต็มวัยเพศเมียสูงสุดที่อัตราส่วน 100: 100 ระยะเวลาเบียนไข่ผีเสื้อข้าวสาร 24 ชั่วโมงและแตนเบียนไข่ฟักเป็นตัวเต็มวัยเพศผู้สูงสุดที่อัตราส่วน 100: 100 ระยะเวลาเบียนไข่ผีเสื้อข้าวสาร 24 ชั่วโมง |

This study was to compare numbers of parasitized rice moth eggs, adults, female adults and male adults of egg parasitoids (Trichogramma confusum Viggiani) emerged from the parasitized rice moth eggs (Corcyra cephalonica Stainton). The timing periods for parasitizing used in comparison were 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 hours at the sex ratio (male: female) of 25: 100, 50: 100, 75: 100, and 100: 100 in total of 20 experiments in 4 replications. It was found that the sex ratios and correlations between timing periods and sex ratios were nonsignificant in statistic (p> 0.05) in numbers of parasitized rice moth eggs, adults, female adults and male adults of egg parasitois, while the timing periods were significant in statistic (p< 0.05). The highest numbers of parasitized rice moth eggs were from sex ratio of 50: 100 at 24 hours. The highest numbers of adults, female adults, and male adults of egg parasitoids emerged from the parasitized rice moth eggs were from sex ratio of 100: 100 at 24 hours. |
