dc.description.abstract	นำพ่อและแม่พันธุ์ปลาการ์ตูนอานม้า (Amphiprion polymnus Linnaeus (1758)) จากทะเล มาเลี้ยงในห้องปฏิบัติการ ปลาการ์ตูนอานม้ามีวงจรการสืบพันธุ์ทุกๆ 14-21 วันและสามารถวางไข่ได้ตลอดปี ทำการเก็บตัวอย่างไข่ปลาตั้งแต่ได้รับการปฏิสนธิจนกระทั่งเริ่มฟักเป็นตัวจนกระทั่งหมด ซึ่งใช้เวลาประมาณ 148-156 ชั่วโมง พัฒนาการของเอมบริโอจนฟักเป็นลูกปลาวัยอ่อนสามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น 26 ระยะ ทุกระยะของการพัมนาตัวอ่อนได้ทำการบันทึกเวลาตั้งแต่ไข่เริ่มมีการปฏิสนธิ แบ่งเซลล์ จนกระทั่งฟักออกเป็นตัว จากนั้นทำการเก็บตัวอย่างต่อเนื่องอีก 30 วัน เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการและการเจริญเติบโตของลูกปลาวัยอ่อน พบว่าลูกปลามีความสมบูรณ์ของรูปร่างที่เหมือนกับพ่อแม่ปลาทุกประการเมื่อเวลา 13 วัน มีอวัยวะครบสมบูรณ์และมีสีสันลวดลายของลำตัวเหมือนกับพ่อแม่ปลาทุกประการ เมื่ออายุ 24 วันจึงสิ้นสุดระยะ larvae ที่ระยะนี้	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The broodstocks of saddleback anemonefish (Amphiprion polymnus Linnaeus (1758) were captured form the sea and reared in the laboratory. Their reproductive cycle was 14-21 days. The spawning was continuously proceeded allyear-round. It took about 148-156 hrs from fertilization to the hatching stage. The sample of fertilized eggs until hatching were collected for observation and timing of each stage was recorded. The embryonic development all stage of the saddleback anemonefish was divided into 26 stages. Afterhatching, the larvae sampled were continously for 30 days to study the growth and development. The result showed that shape of the larvae was similar to the parent in 13 days. The larvae sampletely metamorphosed in 24 days which the color and pattern on the body of the larvae was exactly the same as adult	en
