dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความฉลาดทางอารมณ์กับรูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้ง ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ตามเพศ ชั้นปี คณะ สาเหตุความขัดแย้ง ระดับความรุนแรงของความขัดแย้งตามการรับรู้ของนิสิต รูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาระดับปริญญาตรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา วิทยาเขตบางแสน จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 684 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือแบบวัดความฉลาดทางอารมณ์และแบบวัดรูปแบบการแก้ไขปัญหาความขัดแย้ง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย t-test เพียร์สัน ไคสแควร์ (x2) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธี Least-Significant Difference (LSD) ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. นิสิตที่มีเพศต่างกันมีความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยเพศหญิง มีความฉลาดทางอารณ์มากกว่าเพศชาย 2. นิสิตที่มีชั้นปีแตกต่างกันความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ 3. นิสิตที่มีคณะแตกต่างกันความฉลาดทางอารมณ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. นิสิตที่มีเพศแตกต่างกันมีรูปแบบการแก้ปัญาความขัดแย้งไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ 5. นิสิตที่มีชั้นปีแตกต่างกันมีรูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ 6. นิสิตที่มีคณะแตกต่างกันมีรูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ 7. ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนิสิตมีความสัมพันธ์กับรูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and the styles of conflict resolution of students, Burapha University, Chonburi campus. It aimed to study emotional intelligence in terms of gender, academic year, faculty, causes of conflict, the awareness of level of violence of conflict resolution, and the style of conflict resolution. The participants of this study were 684 undergraduate students of Burapha University, Chonburi campus. The instruments were 1) the Emotional Intelligence inventory test 2) the conflict styles test Data were analyzed using t-test, Pearson Chi-square (x2), and One-way Anova design followed by post hoc multiple comparisons with Least-Significant Difference (LSD). The results are as follows: 1. Undergraduate students of different genders displayed significant difference in emotional intelligence; female students had higher degree of emotional intelligence than male students. 2. Undergraduate students from different academic years has no significant emotional intelligence difference. 3. The emotional intelligence of undergraduate students of different faculties was significantly different. 4. There were no significant difference of conflict resolution styles between different genders. 5. There were no significant differences of conflict resolution styles between different academic years. 6. There were no significant differences of conflict resolution styles between different faculties. 7. There was a correlation between emotional intelligence and conflict resolution styles.	en
