โครงการวิจัยนี้เสนอการพัฒนาเครื่องต้นแบบสำหรับผลิตเส้นลอดช่องอัตโนมัติที่สามารถผลิตเส้นลอดช่องทดแทนแรงทานคนเพื่อช่วยลดต้นทุนในการผลิต โครงสร้างของเครื่องต้นแบบเกิดจากการรวมระบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติและระบบกลไกลต่างๆ เข้าด้วยกัน ได้แก่ เครื่องโม่แป้งอัตโนมัติ และกลไกช่วยเหลือสำหรับเตรียมแป้งให้สุกพร้อมอัดแป้งให้เป็นเส้นลอดช่อง
เครื่องโม่แป้งอัตโนมัติทำหน้าที่บดเมล็ดข้าวให้ได้น้ำแป้งดิบด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าแล้วส่งต่อไปยังกลไกช่วยเหลือสำหรับเตรียมแป้งให้สุก ซึ่งประกอบด้วยตัวให้ความร้อนและกลไกการหมุน เมื่อแป็งสุกได้ที่แล้วจึงทำการอัดแป้งให้กลายเป็นเส้นลอดช่อง
เครื่องต้นแบบสำหรับผลิตเส้นลอดช่องอัตโนมัติสามารถลดต้นทุนในการผลิตได้ 205.29 บามต่อวัน เมื่อใช้เครื่องทำงาน 8 ชั่วโมง และมีประสิทธิภาพในการแปรสภาพประมาณร้อนละ 86 |

This research is to propose a development of prototype lodchong making machine. The machine is designed to replace system is order to reduce cost. The machine is the integration of semi-automatic and auxiliary mechanism system.
The semi-automatic system is grinding machine. This machine grinds rice mixed with water to be liquid flour by electric motor. After that the liquid flour is flown to the auxiliary mechanism system which construct, mixing mechanism and forming system. This mechanism system will cook stir the liquid flour to a proper from. Finally, the forming mechanism will press it to be Lodchong form.
The prototype of lodchong making machine will safe a labor cost by 205.29 baht per day if the machine is 8 hours run time. Moreover, its conversion efficiency is about 86% |
