| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มุ่งศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ชลบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2562 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ชลบุรี จำนวน 76 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970) ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .44-.83 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ทดสอบสมมติฐานค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. เปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ และอาชีพของผู้ปกครอง โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ด้านหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา เนื้อหาวิชาเรียนควรเจาะลึกและมีเนื้อหาที่ละเอียดมากขึ้น มีความทันสมัยต่อเหตุการณ์และสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน ต้องการให้เน้นและเพิ่มเติมความรู้ที่จำเป็นที่ต้องใช้ในการสอบวัดผลระดับชาติ ปรับตัวชี้วัดให้มีความสอดคล้องต่อเนื่องกันตลอดปีการศึกษา ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ควรจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่นักเรียนและครูได้ปฏิบัติร่วมกัน เพิ่มความหลากหลายของกิจกรรมและเป็นกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจ ลดความเข้มข้น ในคาบเรียนและเพิ่มเวลาให้นักเรียนได้สืบค้นด้วยตนเองมากขึ้น ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา ควรใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนที่มีความหลากหลาย น่าสนใจและมีความทันสมัย ใช้เทคโนโลยีเข้ามามีส่วนช่วยในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพได้มาตรฐานเทียบเท่าระดับนานาชาติ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ควรมีความสอดคล้องกับเนื้อหาที่สอน มีระดับ ความยากง่ายของแบบทดสอบตั้งแต่ง่ายไปหายาก นำผลการวัดมาใช้ในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลและมีการแจ้งผลคะแนนและระดับการพัฒนาเสมอ | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aimed to study the problems and guidelines for development of instructional managements of students at Chulabhorn Ratchawittayalai Science School, Chonburi, under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, in the academic year 2019. The samples were 76 students at Chulabhorn Ratchawittayalai Science School, Chonburi, estimated the sample size according to Krejcie and Morgan's table (1970) and using stratified random sampling. The data collected by a 5 scale rating questionnaire with the discrimination power of each items between .44-.83 and the reliability was .99. The statistics used for data analysis were mean ( ), standard deviation (SD), t-test and One-way ANOVA. The results of the research showed that; 1. The problems of instructional management at Chulabhorn Ratchawittayalai Science School, Chonburi, in overall and each aspect were at moderate level. 2. The instructional management problems at Chulabhorn Ratchawittayalai Science School, Chonburi, classified by gender and occupation of parents, in overall and each aspect were not statistically significant different. 3. The guidelines for the development of instructional management at Chulabhorn Ratchawittayalai Science School, were that: the school curriculum should focus on the depth and details of course content being; up-to-date with current events and situations, concentrate on knowledge necessary for the national examination, adjust the indicators to be consistent throughout the academic year. The teaching and learning activities area should be organized for students and teachers to interact with each other, increase variety of activities and motivating activities, reduce the teaching in the classroom and increase time for student for self-inquiry. The instructional material, innovation and educational technology should be used to help in instructional management, instructional materials that are effective to meet international standards. The assessment using should be consistent with the content taught, the level of difficulty of the test should range from easy to difficult, using the results of the assessment for the development and improvement of individual students, scores and development levels should always be reported. | |
