| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน สังเคราะห์คุณลักษณะนักทัศนมาตร และศึกษาอนาคตภาพนักทัศนมาตรของประเทศไทยในทศวรรษหน้า ใช้การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 วิเคราะห์ จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อนในภาวะปัจจุบันของนักทัศนมาตร ระยะที่ 2 สังเคราะห์คุณลักษณะนักทัศนมาตรในประเทศไทย และระยะที่ 3 ศึกษาอนาคตภาพนักทัศนมาตรของประเทศไทยในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ. 2563-2572) ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม และเทคนิควิธี EDFR ผลการวิจัย ปรากฎว่า 1. นักทัศนมาตร ถือเป็นวิชาชีพใหม่สำหรับประเทศไทย โดยมีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านสายตา และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ทางสายตา รวมถึงการแก้ไขความผิดปกติทางด้านสายตาได้ ส่วนข้อจำกัด มีจำนวนน้อยไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ กฎหมายวิชาชีพไม่เอื้อต่อการทำงาน ลงทุนในการศึกษาสูง และยังมีหน้าที่ทับซ้อนกันอยู่กับช่างแว่นตาและจักษุแพทย์ และไม่สามารถรักษาโรคทางตาด้วยวิธีการผ่าตัดหรือจ่ายยาได้ 2. คุณลักษณะของนักทัศนมาตร ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผนและ การปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการสร้างความร่วมมือในการประสานการทำงาน ด้านจิตอาสาการบริการและ ด้านความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยี จากการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ พบว่า สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 74.79 3. อนาคตภาพนักทัศนมาตรของประเทศไทยในทศวรรษหน้า มี 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการประสานงาน ด้านการบริการ ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ ด้านการเรียนการสอน สรุปอนาคตภาพนักทัศนมาตร ควรมีการวางแผนการทำงาน มีความสามารถใน การประสานงานและให้บริการ เรียนรู้เทคโนโลยี สามารถนำความรู้ไปใช้ประโยชน์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research was to analyze the present strengths and weaknesses of optometrists, synthesize the features of optometrists, and study possible future scenarios of optometrists in Thailand in the next decade (2563 B.E.- 2572 B.E.) using a mixed-methods research paradigm involving in-depth interviews, focus groups, and EDFR techniques. The results of the research were as follows: 1. Optometrists constitute a new profession for Thailand, with their expertise in eyesight, the use of a range of visual equipment, and the correction of visual disorders. The limitations of this profession have to do with an insufficient number of professionals to meet demand, laws governing optometrists that limit their roles, high tuition fees, role overlap between the optician and the ophthalmologist, and the inability to perform eye disease treatment through surgery or medication. 2. The characteristics of optometrists consist of four areas which are: planning and operation, creating cooperation, volunteer services, and technological skills. The result from the exploratory factor analysis showed the variance of 74.79 percent. 3. The scenario for optometrists in Thailand in the next decade has six areas: operation, planning, coordination, service, information technology, and teaching. In conclusion, Thai optometrists should have a work plan, together with the ability to coordinate, provide services, learn technology, and apply knowledge for concrete benefits. | |
