dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการรับฝากเงินนอกสถานที่ของธนาคารออมสินในตลาดหนองมน เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการรับฝากเงินนอกสถานที่ของธนาคารออมสินในตลาดหนองมน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกับกลุ่มผู้ใช้บริการรับฝากเงิน นอกสถานที่ของธนาคารออมสินในตลาดหนองมน ซึ่งในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้จะเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างมาเพื่อทำการสัมภาษณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 15 คน หรือจนกว่า ข้อมูลจะอิ่มตัว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการการประเมินสภาวะแวดล้อม การประเมินปัจจัยนำเข้าการประเมินกระบวนการการประเมินผลผลิต การให้บริการรับฝากเงินนอกสถานที่ของธนาคารออมสินในตลาดหนองมนนั้น มีประสิทธิภาพที่ดี และลูกค้ามีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของธนาคารออมสิน ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาเกี่ยวกับแนวทางในการปรับปรุงการให้บริการรับฝากเงินนอกสถานที่ของธนาคารออมสินในตลาดหนองมน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ไม่มีข้อเสนอแนะหรือปัญหาใดที่ต้องปรับปรุง มีเพียงเรื่องเดียวที่ลูกค้าต้องการให้ธนาคารออมสินได้เพิ่มเติมก็คือ ในส่วนของข้อมูลยอดเงินคงเหลือในบัญชีต้องการให้แสดงในข้อความ SMS แจ้งเตือนหลังจากที่ทำการฝากเงินกับธนาคารออมสินสำเร็จโดยปกตินั้น ข้อความ SMS ที่ส่งให้กับลูกค้าจะมีเพียงข้อมูลจำนวนยอดเงินที่ลูกค้าไดทำรายการฝากและเลขที่บัญชีเท่านั้น

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research is to study the efficacy of the offshore depository services of the Government Savings Bank (GSB) in Nongmon Market, and to study the guidelines for improving the efficicacy of the offshore depository services of the GSB in Nongmon Market. This is a qualitative research in which case in-depth interviews were conducted as a tool to collect the data. The respondents were a group of users of the offshore depository services of the GSB in Nongmon Market. In this research, at least 15 respondents were selected for an interview or the appropriate number reached data saturation. It was found based on the descriptive data in the efficacy of the services upon the assessment of context, input, process, and product that the on-site deposit services of the GSB in Nongmon Market were efficient and the customers were satisfied with the services provided by the Government Savings Bank. In terms of ways to improve the deposit services of the GSB in Nongmon Market, it revealed that there were no suggestions or problems to tackle. The only thing that the customers wanted the GSB to add to the service was the information of account balance by notifying in an SMS after a transaction deposit at the bank. Basically messages sent to the customers display only the amount of money that the customers made a deposit and account number
