dc.description.abstract	จากการศึกษาสารสกัดจากพืช และสัตว์ทะเลจำนวน 40 ตัวอย่าง ซึ่งสกัดโดยเอธานอล ได้ทำการทดสอบ 3 ขึ้นตอน คือ ทดสอบหาสารประกอบอินทรีย์เคมี 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ อัลคาลอยด์ คาร์ดิแอกไกลโคไซด์ ฟลาโวนอยด์ และซาโปนิน ทดสอบการต้านเชื้อ Bacillus Subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus aureus, Streptococcus faecalis, Candida albican และ Aspergillus niger และทดสอบความเป็นพิษของสารสกัดต่ออาร์ทีเมียระยะตัวอ่อน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าสารสกัดจากพืช และสัตว์ทะเลจำนวน 40 ตัวอย่าง มีอัลคาลอยด์ 34 ตัวอย่าง คาร์ดิแอกไกลโคไซด์ 20 ตัวอย่าง ฟลาโวนอยด์ 7 ตัวอย่าง ซาโปนิน 39 ตัวอย่าง และพบว่ามีสารสกัด 10 ตัวอย่างที่ต่อต้านเชื้อในระดับต่าง ๆ กัน และมีสารสกัด 26 ตัวอย่างแสดงความเป็นพิษ	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	Forty crude extracts were obtained from marine plants and animals extracted by ethanol. The crude exracts were tested for four classes of organic compounds, antimicrobial and toxicity. The four classes of organic compounds namely alkaloid, cardiac glycoside, flavonoid and saponin. The crude extracts were tested for antimicrobial with 8 strains of pathogenic or non-pathogenic microorganisms: Bacillus subtilus, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus faecalis, Aeromonas hydrophila, Escherichia coli, Vibrio parahaemolytius, Candida albican, amd Asperillus niger. The extracts toxicity for Artemia nauplii werealso tested. The results showed that 34 out of 40 crude extracts gave positive results for alkaloid, 20 extracts gave positive for cardiac glycoside, 7 were positive to flavonoid and 39 gave positive for saponin, ten crude extracts showed highly sensitive to different types of microorganism and 26 extracts produced toxic result.	en
