| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ที่พึงประสงค์ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านสำนักทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขต พื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1โดยจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา อายุ อาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านสำนักทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1จำนวน 186 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ถ ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .57-.99 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD)การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีการของ LSD ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่พึงประสงค์ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครอง นักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านสำนักทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่พึงประสงค์ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครอง นักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านสำนักทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านบุคลิกภาพ แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามอายุ โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติจำแนกตามอาชีพ โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่ มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติยกเว้น ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study and compare characteristics of desirable school administrators according to parents of Bansamnakthong School under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by educational background, age, and occupation. The sample in this study was 186 student’s parents of Bansamnakthong School under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument used to collect the data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a discriminative power of .57-.99. The reliability of the questionnaire was .98. The statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean ( ), standard deviation (SD), t-test (t-test) and analysis of variance one-way (One-way ANOVA) and double test by LSD method. The research results were: 1. The characteristics of desirable school administrators according to parents of Bansamnakthong School under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were at a high level in overall and individual aspects. 2. The characteristics of desirable school administrators according to parents of Bansamnakthong School under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by educational background were different statistically significant at the .05 level. Except for the personality aspect, the differences were not statistically significant. Classified by age, overall and individual, the difference were not statistically significant. Classified by occupational aspect, the difference was not statistically significant. Except the ethics aspect, the difference was statistically significant at .05 level. | |
