| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเรื่อง คุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลดอนหัวฬ่อ อําเภอเมืองจังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลดอนหัวฬ่อ 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลดอนหัวฬ่อ 3. เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลดอนหัวฬ่อ อําเภอเมืองจังหวัดชลบุรี ซึ่งใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย โดยใช้สูตรการคํานวณของ Yamane ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจํานวน 386 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ด้านเศรษฐกิจ พบว่า ด้านเศรษฐกิจโดยภาพรวมคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบล ดอนหัวฬ่อ อําเภอเมืองจังหวัดชลบุรี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Xˉ= 3.30) โดยพบว่ากลุ่มครัวเรือนตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีการดําเนินชีวิตแบบเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในชุมชนมีการสร้างงานใหม่ทําให้เกิดรายได้มีความคล่องตัวในการใช้จ่ายมากขึ้นและส่งผลให้มีเงินออมจากการรวมกลุ่มกันเพื่อผลิตและพัฒนาสินค้าหรืออาชีพของชุมชน ตามอันดับ 2. ด้านสังคม พบว่าด้านสังคมโดยภาพรวมคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลดอนหัวฬ่อ อําเภอเมืองจังหวัดชลบุรี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Xˉ = 2.81) โดยประชาชนมีการปรับตัวเข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมสังคมได้ดีทั้งที่อยู่อาศัย การคมนาคมที่แปรเปลี่ยนไปตามเวลา ชุมชนมีการดําเนินกิจกรรมตามขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีต่าง ๆ อยู่ตลอด มีการพึ่งพาอาศัยและให้ความช่วยเหลือกันของคนในชุมชน ตามอันดับ 3. ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม พบว่า ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยภาพรวมคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลดอนหัวฬ่อ อําเภอเมืองจังหวัด อยู่ในระดับน้อย (Xˉ = 2.52) โดยแต่เดิมชาวบ้านมีวิถีชีวิตที่เรียบง่ายทําอาชีพเกษตรกรรม แต่หลังจากที่มีอุตสาหกรรมเข้ามาตั้งแล้วทําให้วิถีชีวิตเปลี่ยนไปที่ดินทํากินและอาชีพดั้งเดิมหายไปเพราะความต้องการที่ดินเพื่อสร้างโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม บางส่วนต้องไปรับจ้าง บางส่วนทําการค้าขายนอกจากนี้แล้วยังมีแรงงานอพยพเข้ามาจํานวนมาก แต่ในส่วนใหญ่ จะเป็นประชากรแฝง และมีปัญหาทางด้านการลักเล็กขโมยน้อยยาเสพติด และการจราจร ตามอันดับ 4. ด้านสุขภาพ พบว่า ด้านสุขภาพ พบว่าโดยภาพรวมคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลดอนหัวฬ่อ อําเภอเมืองจังหวัดชลบุรี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Xˉ = 2.92) โดยทางด้านสุขภาพพบว่าแรงงานส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีปัญหาทางด้านสุขภาพทางด้านความปลอดภัยและอาชีวะอนามัยในการ ทํางาน พบว่าส่วนมากอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายกําหนด ทางด้านความต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากภาครัฐ ตามอันดับ | |
