dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนามีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อวิเคราะห์สมรรถภาพ และความต้องการจำเป็นของครูในเรื่องการเสริมสร้างสมรรถภาพการบริหารการจัดการสอนของครูระดับอาชีวศึกษา เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสร้างสมรรถภาพการบริหารการจัดการสอนของครูระดับอาชีวศึกษา และเพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถภาพการบริหารการจัดการสอนของครูระดับอาชีวศึกษา หลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้นใช้การฝึกอบรมครูเป็นเวลา 30 ชั่วโมง มีการสอบวัดสมรรถภาพการบริหารการจัดการสอนก่อนและหลัง และการติดตามหลังการฝึกอบรม 1 เดือน เพื่อรับทราบผลพัฒนาการและ ความคงทนความรู้ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นครูสังกัดสถาบัน การอาชีวศึกษา มี 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ใช้ประเมินความต้องการจำเป็น และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ทดลองใช้หลักสูตร จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มและการเลือกแบบสมัครใจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 4 ฉบับ ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความต้องการจำเป็น แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบวัดเจตคติ และแบบประเมินทักษะ เครื่องมือ ทั้ง 4 ฉบับมีความตรงเชิงเนื้อ และความเชื่อมั่นสูง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์สถิติบรรยาย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน คะแนนพัฒนาการสัมพัทธ์และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ความต้องการจำเป็นของครูในเรื่องการส่งเสริมสมรรถภาพการบริหารการจัดการสอนของครูระดับอาชีวศึกษา ภาคตะวันออก ได้แก่ การเตรียมแผนการสอน การบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน การจัดการ การเรียนรู้ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางการศึกษา การสอดแทรกด้านศีลธรรมและจริยธรรม การทำวิจัยใน ชั้นเรียน และการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ 2. หลักสูตรส่งเสริมสมรรถภาพการบริหารการจัดการสอนของครูระดับอาชีวศึกษา ประกอบด้วย หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย เนื้อหาสาระ การเรียนรู้ กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน สื่อการเรียนการสอนและการวัดผล โดยผลการประเมินหลักสูตรโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า หลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมและสามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง 3. ผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรเสริมสร้างสมรรถภาพการบริหารการจัดการสอนของครูระดับอาชีวศึกษา พบว่า ความรู้และเจตคติเกี่ยวกับสมรรถภาพการบริหารการจัดการสอนของครู มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์สามารถพัฒนากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ด้านความรู้ และเจตคติสูงขึ้นทุกคน โดยมีคะแนนพัฒนาการอยู่ในระดับสูงถึงสูงมาก สำหรับด้านทักษะการปฏิบัติงานอาชีพ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก หลังจากการติดตามผล การฝึกอบรมเป็นระยะเวลา 1 เดือน คะแนนทั้ง 2 ส่วนลดลงเล็กน้อยแต่ยังคงอยู่ในระดับมาก และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this study were to analyze the competency and needs of vocational teachers in enhancing instructional management competency of the vocational teacher, to develop a curriculum to enhance teaching management competency of vocational teachers, and to study the effect of using curriculum to enhance teaching management competency of vocational teachers. The training period was 30 hours and a follow-up for a period of one month to evaluate the results of the development and durability of the sample concerning knowledge, attitude, and skills. The samples consisted of needs assessment and sampled 30 voluntary teachers in the Eastern Institute of Vocational Technology. There were 4 research instruments, namely a needs assessment form, a test, an attitude assessment form and a skill assessment form, which all had content validity and reliability. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics namely, frequency, percentages, means, standard deviation and content analysis. The findings revealed the followings: 1. Needs analysis revealed teachers’ needs on enhancing teaching management competency of vocational teachers in the Eastern Institute of Vocational Technology, namely preparing lesson plans, classroom management skills, learning management, information technology in education, moral and ethical integration, classroom research, assessment and evaluation of learning. 2. An enriched curriculum to enhance instructional management competency of vocational teachers consisting of principles, aims, contents, learning activities, teaching activities, instructional media and assessment. The results of the evaluation by experts were found that the course is appropriate and can be implemented in actual practice. 3. The implementation results of the enriched curriculum to enhance instructional management competency of vocational teachers revealed that knowledge and attitude concerning instructional management of teachers had effectiveness on the set criteria, so it could be developed for higher knowledge and attitude. All of the samples obtained gained scores at the high to very high level. It was found that the occupational skill was at the high level. The follow up one month after the training revealed that the scores for knowledge and skills were slightly decreased, however, the scores were still in the high level and the samples reflected satisfaction towards the training course at the highest level.
