| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นมาและการดำรงอยู่ของต้นเท้ายายม่อม วิเคราะห์ภูมิปัญญาการใช้ประโยชน์และคุณค่าของต้นเท้ายายม่อม และสังเคราะห์รูปแบบการบูรณาการระหว่างการอนุรักษ์ต้นเท้ายายม่อมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสาร การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบอกต่อ ประกอบกับการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และ การสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ความเป็นมาและการดำรงอยู่ของต้นเท้ายายม่อม พบว่า ต้นเท้ายายม่อม (Tacca leontopetaloides (L.) O. Kuntze.) เป็นพืชล้มลุกเจริญเติบโตตามฤดูกาล วงจรการเจริญเติบโต 12 เดือน แหล่งต้นเท้ายายม่อมพบหาแน่นบริเวณชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันออกของประเทศไทย เป็นพืชที่มีการนำมาใช้ประโยชน์มานานกว่าร้อยปี มีการทำแป้งเท้ายายม่อม นำมาเป็นส่วนประกอบสำคัญของอาหารท้องถิ่น จนเป็นอัตลักษณ์ของชุมชน ทำให้มีผู้สนใจศึกษาและอนุรักษ์ ต่อมามีการขยายเครือข่ายและมีส่วนร่วม ในการอนุรักษ์เท้ายายม่อมเพิ่มมากขึ้น จึงทำให้ต้นเท้ายายม่อมยังคงดำรงอยู่ 2. ภูมิปัญญาการใช้ประโยชน์และคุณค่าของต้นเท้ายายม่อม พบว่า มีภูมิปัญญาการทำแป้งเท้ายายม่อม การทำอาหารจากแป้งเท้ายายม่อม การใช้เป็นของใช้และของเล่น ส่วนคุณค่าของต้นเท้ายายม่อม ประกอบด้วยคุณค่าภายในและคุณค่าภายนอก โดยคุณค่าภายในของต้นเท้ายายม่อม คือคุณสมบัติของต้นเท้ายายม่อม และคุณค่าภายนอกของต้นเท้ายายม่อม ประกอบด้วย 1) คุณค่าด้านเศรษฐกิจโดยทำให้เกิดการสร้างรายได้ในระดับครัวเรือน ระดับชุมชน และระดับสากล 2) คุณค่าด้านสังคม ซึ่งได้แก่ การทำให้เกิดความสัมพันธ์ในชุมชน การทำให้เกิดการขัดเกลาทางสังคม การทำให้เกิดจิตสำนึกรักท้องถิ่นและร่วมกันสร้างอัตลักษณ์ชุมชน การทำให้เกิดเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ การสร้างงานและคุณค่า ในตัวเองของผู้สูงอายุ 3) คุณค่าด้านการเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ เนื่องจากมีองค์ประกอบที่ทำให้เกิดแหล่งเรียนรู้ ซึ่งได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ ความสามารถ ทักษะ ประสบการณ์การผลิตซ้ำ การเลือกสรรวัตถุดิบ ด้านความคิดและความเชื่อ ด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์และการจินตนาการ ด้านการแก้ปัญหา ด้านการจัดเก็บความรู้ ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ด้านการถ่ายทอดความรู้ และด้านแหล่งรวมสาระความรู้ 3. รูปแบบการบูรณาการระหว่างการอนุรักษ์ต้นเท้ายายม่อมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ประกอบด้วย 1) ระดับบุคคล ได้แก่ การสร้างผู้นำเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ การสร้างพื้นที่รูปธรรม การรวบรวมข้อมูลและและทำสารสนเทศ การสร้างภาคีและเครือข่ายการอนุรักษ์ 2) ระดับชุมชน ได้แก่ การจัดการความรู้ การพัฒนาบุคลากร การสร้างกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ การจัดการสถานที่ 3) ระดับสากล ได้แก่ การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ การส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว และการสนับสนุนจากองค์การ | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research were to study the history and existence of arrowroot, analyzing the local wisdom in the utilization and value of the arrowroot, and to synthesis the model of the integrated conservation between arrowroot plants and local wisdom in the utilization of arrowroot. The research method was a qualitative research. Collecting the data from the related documents. In-depth interviews and group discussion. The results were as follows: 1. Arrowroot (Tacca leontopetaloides (L.) O. Kuntze.) is biennial plant with 12-month growth cycle and mostly found in the eastern coastal of Thailand. It has been used for over a hundred year. The arrowroot tubes can be processed to the arrowroot starch, then used as the ingredient of local food which has been a community identity. Therefore, many people studied and attempted to conserve the arrowroots. Moreover, there were the knowledge of the utilization of arrowroot transfer to the interesting people and expanded to the conservation network. These were the reason for the existence of the arrowroot. 2. The local wisdom in the utilization of the arrowroot were arrowroot starch production, the several types of identity local menu made from the arrowroot starch and application in the utensils and toys. There were 2 types of the values of arrowroot; the intrinsic value and the extrinsic value. The intrinsic value of the arrowroot was the unique characterizations. The extrinsic value was from the local wisdom in the utilization of the arrowroot, which were; 1) economic value at household level, community level and international level. 2) Social value which were relationships in the community, socialization, the consciousness of local and the identity of the community, learning network, job creating and self-esteem of the elderly. 3) Learning resource value which was composed of components of the learning resources: knowledge, ability, skill, reproduction and materials selection; thought and beliefs; creativity and imagination; problem solving; knowledge storage; knowledge sharing; knowledge transfer and knowledge resources. 3. The model of the integrated conservation between arrowroot plants and local wisdom in the utilization of arrowroot started with 1) personal level, which there were conservation leaders, contribution the conservation area, information gathering and system, collaboration and networks. Next steps, 2) the expansion to the community level were knowledge Management, human development, learning activities, site management. Finally, 3) the development to the international level were product development, tourism promotion and organizational encouragement. | |
