| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตชลบุรี 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้แก่ครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตชลบุรี 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำนวน 210 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การทดสอบรายคู่ โดยเทคนิคของเชฟเฟ่ การแจกแจงความถี่ และค่าสถิติ ร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตชลบุรี 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. เปรียบเทียบปัญหางานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตชลบุรี 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. แนวทางสำคัญในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตชลบุรี 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 คือ ด้านหลักสูตรและการบริหารหลักสูตร ควรมีการประชุมวางแผนร่วมกันระหว่างผู้บริหาร ครู และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา จากวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ เป้าประสงค์ที่สถานศึกษาตั้งไว้ ด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน จัดอบรมครู เกี่ยวกับการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในแต่ละกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดการเรียน การสอน ควรมีการเปิดโอกาสให้ครูผู้สอนได้เลือกสอนตามความถนัดของตนเอง และความต้องการของผู้เรียน ด้านการนิเทศภายในควรมีการจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียน และกำหนดปฏิทิน การนิเทศให้ชัดเจน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา ควรจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เพื่อให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวิธีและขั้นตอนการวัดผลและประเมินผล การสร้างเครื่องมือในการวัดผลแบบต่าง ๆ และด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ควรจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการ คณะทำงาน ควบคุมดูแล ติดตาม การจัดการศึกษา ให้เป็นไปตามแนวทางที่กำหนด | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate problems concerning Academic Affairs to present the guidelines for to development of Academic Affairs of School in Sahawittayaket Chonburi 2 Cluster under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18. The sample consisted of 210 teachers in school in Sahawittayaket Chonburi 2 Cluster under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18. Thedata collection instrument was a 5 Likert rating scales questionnaire. The statistics for analyzing the data included average, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s Method, frequency, and percentage. The research results were as follows: 1. The problems of academic affairs of schools inSahawittayaket Chonburi 2 cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area 18, overall and each aspect, were at a moderate level. 2. The comparison of academic problems of the school as classified by educational qualification, working experience and school size, overall and each aspect, were not significantly different. 3. Significant guidelines for the development of academic administration ofSchool in Sahawittayaket Chonburi 2 Cluster Under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18 in several areas. The curriculum management aspect. (There should be a cooperation among teachers, administrators, and a school board so that the development of the curriculum can be plannedfrom the vision, the mission and then the goals). The Classroom research aspect. (Teachers should be trained how to conduct classroom research to improve the quality of education in each department). The teaching and learning aspect, (Teachers can choose their own teaching methods to match the needs of the students). Internal supervision aspect. (Internal school supervision should be planned clearly). The measurement and evaluation of Education aspect. (Teachers should be educated about methods and process of student learning measurement and evaluation.)Forming instruments of measurement and the quality assurance in education aspect. A committee should be supervise the management of education in accordance with the determined guidelines. | |
