| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครอง ในการบริหารโรงเรียนบ้านแหลมแท่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนที่อยู่ในโรงเรียน บ้านแหลมแท่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2560 โดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610) ซึ่งได้มาโดยการ สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามเพศ (Stratified random sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 175 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับการมีส่วนร่วม ของผู้ปกครองในการบริหารโรงเรียนบ้านแหลมแท่น มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .47-.88 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) เท่ากับ .97 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X ̅) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาการปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการบริหารโรงเรียน บ้านแหลมแท่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงอันดับค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล และด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ 1.1 ปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการบริหารโรงเรียนบ้านแหลมแท่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 1.2 ปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการบริหารโรงเรียนบ้านแหลมแท่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวม และรายด้านทุกด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จึงทำการทดสอบรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) พบว่า ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 1.3 ปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการบริหารโรงเรียนบ้านแหลมแท่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตามอาชีพ โดยรวม และรายด้านทุกด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จึงทำการทดสอบรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) พบว่า ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 2. ผลการศึกษาการปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการบริหารโรงเรียน บ้านแหลมแท่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงอันดับค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารงานงานบุคคล และด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aims to study and compare parent’s participation in the education of Baanlaemtaen School, under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area office 1. The sample used in this study was 175 parents of Baanlaemtaen School under the Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in 2017. The criteria used to determine the size of the sample was suggested based on Krejcie & Morgan’s table. The data collection instrument used in this research was a five-point scale questionnaire, with the item discriminative power between .47-.88 and the reliability of .97. The statistics used to analyze the data was Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test and One-way ANOVA. This study revealed that: 1. The level of the problems of the participation in the education of the parents in this school as a whole was at a moderate level. The problems could be put in order as 1) General Administration, 2)Academic Administration, 3)Human Resource Management, and 4) Budget Management. 1.1 The problems of the participation in the education of parents with different gender showed statistically significant different at .05 level both in general and each aspect. 1.2 The overall problems of the participation in the education of parents with different educational background showed statistically significant different at .05 level. Except in the area of the Budget Administration with showed no statistical significant difference. 1.3 The comparison the problems of the participation in the education of parent’s at the school of Baanlaemtaen, Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area office 1 as classified by career as a whole and each aspect showed statistically significantly at .05 level. Except in the area of the Academic Administration showed no statistical significant difference by Scheffe’s method. 2. The level of problems and the participation in the education of parent’s at the school of Baanlaemtaen, Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area office 1 as a whole was in medium level. Putting the core value of the problems in order from high to low could be General Administration, Academic Administration, Human Resource Management, and Budget Management. | |
