| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งมีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอศรีราชา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มศรีราชา 5 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 จำนวน 140 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหาร จำนวน 20 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .44-.79 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น .97 ตอนที่ 2 เกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา จำนวน 20 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .42-.80 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในอำเภอศรีราชา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา และด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล 2. ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ในอำเภอศรีราชา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านความสามารถในการปรับเปลี่ยนและพัฒนาสถานศึกษา ด้านความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาภายในสถานศึกษา ด้านความสามารถในการผลิตนักเรียนให้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงขึ้น และด้านความสามารถในการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีทัศนคติทางบวก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหาร มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ในอำเภอศรีราชา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 ในระดับสูงถึงระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เรียงค่าสหสัมพันธ์จากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา (X3) ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ (X1) ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล (X4) และด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ (X2) | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aims to study the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of school in Sriracha district of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The participant was 140 government teachers of schools in Sriracha group 5 under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The instrument was a rating scale questionnaire which consisted of 2 sections: 1) A 20-item of transformational leadership of school administrators’ questionnaire with the discrimination power between .44 and .79, and the reliability of .97, and 2) A set of 20 questions of effectiveness of schools with the discrimination power between .42 and .80, and the reliability of .97. The statistical devices used in this study were Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The results revealed that 1. Transformational leadership of school administrators in Sriracha district under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level both overall and each aspect. The top 4 aspects of Transformational leadership of school administrator were rated a inspirational motivation, idealized influence or leadership, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration respectively. 2. The effectiveness of schools in Sriracha district under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level both overall and each aspect. The following areas of school effectiveness were respectively rated capacity of change and development of educational establishment, capacity of problem solving in educational establishment, capacity of making students’ high achievement, and capacity of developing students’ positive attitude. 3. The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators was positively correlated with the school effectiveness in Sriracha district under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 at the high and higher level with statistically significant difference at .01 from the high correlation to low correlation, as intellectual stimulation (X3), idealized influence or leadership (X1), individualized consideration (X4), and inspiration motivation (X2) | |
