dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้าง สำรวจ ตรวจสอบ ทดลองใช้ และรับรองรูปแบบ ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิจัย มีขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) ศึกษางานวิจัย หลักการ แนวคิด ทฤษฎี ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงเรียนคุณภาพและรางวัลโรงเรียนคุณภาพ เพื่อให้ได้กรอบรูปแบบ จำนวน 6 ประเด็น 2) สำรวจข้อมูลในโรงเรียนที่เป็นเลิศด้านหุ่นยนต์และโรงเรียนที่เริ่มจัดการเรียนการสอนหุ่นยนต์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 24 คน 3) สร้างร่างรูปแบบและตรวจสอบคุณภาพเบื้องต้นของร่างรูปแบบ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 6 คน 4) ทดลองใช้ร่างรูปแบบ ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำนวน 2 โรงเรียน ในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา 5) ปรับปรุงร่างรูปแบบและ การรับรองร่างรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 6 คน 6) เขียนรายงานการวิจัยเพื่อเสนออาจารย์ ที่ปรึกษาพิจารณา การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้วิธีการสังเคราะห์เอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสอบถามโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลเพื่อการสรุปผล ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการสร้างกรอบรูปแบบ ได้ ประเด็นในกรอบรูปแบบ 6 ประเด็น คือ 1.1) นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนที่ดี มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ 1.2) หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่มีคุณภาพ 1.3) อาคาร สถานที่ บรรยากาศ และสิ่งแวดล้อม เอื้อต่อ การเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน 1.4) โรงเรียน และชุมชนร่วมมือกันจัดการศึกษา 1.5) ครู และบุคลากรได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างมีคุณภาพ 1.6) โรงเรียนมีผลงานดีเด่นเป็นที่ยอมรับ 2) ผลการสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสู่ความเป็นเลิศด้านหุ่นยนต์ ได้รูปแบบ S’LCN4M: PAR ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของรูปแบบ ได้ผลว่า รูปแบบมีคุณภาพ และสามารถนำรูปแบบ ไปใช้ได้จริง 3) ผลสำเร็จที่ได้จากการทดลองใช้ร่างรูปแบบ ซึ่งเป็นผลสำเร็จที่เกิดขึ้นกับ โรงเรียน ที่จัดการเรียนการสอนหุ่นยนต์ ครูผู้สอนหุ่นยนต์ และนักเรียนที่เรียนหุ่นยนต์ 3.1) ผลสำเร็จของโรงเรียนที่ทดลองใช้ร่างรูปแบบ ผลสำเร็จในด้านการมีหลักสูตรหุ่นยนต์ของโรงเรียน โรงเรียน ทั้ง 2 โรงเรียนที่ทดลองใช้ร่างรูปแบบมีหลักสูตรหุ่นยนต์ของโรงเรียนเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย และตัวชี้วัดและในด้านรางวัลที่โรงเรียนได้รับ เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและตัวชี้วัด 1 โรงเรียนและ ไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและตัวชี้วัด 1 โรงเรียน 3.2) ผลสำเร็จของครูผู้สอนหุ่นยนต์ ในด้านความรู้ความสามารถและการจัดการเรียนการสอนหุ่นยนต์ ครูผู้สอนหุ่นยนต์ทั้ง 2 โรงเรียน มีผลการประเมิน ในระดับดีมาก และในด้านรางวัลที่ครูได้รับ เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและตัวชี้วัด 1 คน และไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและตัวชี้วัด 1 คน 3.3) ผลสำเร็จของนักเรียนที่เรียนหุ่นยนต์ ในด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน นักเรียนที่เรียนหุ่นยนต์ ทั้ง 26 คน มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหุ่นยนต์ในระดับดีมาก และในด้านรางวัลที่นักเรียนได้รับ เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและตัวชี้วัด 13 คน และไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและตัวชี้วัด 13 คน

dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research is to create, explore, examine, experiment, and validate a pattern. The researcher has conducted this research with the following steps: 1) Study research, principles, concepts, and theories in regards to quality schools and quality school awards in order to establish a framework with 6 points, 2) Gather information by using questionnaires and interviewing with 24 key informants from the schools which have excellence in robotics and the schools which have started teaching robotics, 3) Create a pattern and initially examine its quality by 6 specialists, 4) Experiment by using the pattern in 2 primary schools in Chachoengsao province, 5) Improve and validate the pattern by 6 specialists, 6) Write a research paper, which includes gathering information by conducting a documentary research, in-depth interviewing, using questionnaires, participant observing, analyzing the information by analyzing the content and making a comparison to reach a conclusion, and present it to an advisor. The research found that 1) Establishing the framework achieved 6 results: (1) Students had good academic achievements, moral values, ethics, and desirable traits (2) Improvement in school curriculum and learning management (3) Buildings, places, atmospheres, and surroundings had positive influence on students’ learning (4) The schools collaborated with the community in education management (5) The teachers and the education personnel have greatly improved (6) The schools had admittedly excellent achievements; 2) The model excellence administration of robot instruction is S’LCN4M:PAR, From the initial examination, it is concluded that the model was of good quality. And model can be used for real 3) The success of the experiment is the result from the achievements of the schools which teach robotics, the teachers who teach about robotics, and the students who study robotics as follows: (1) The achievements of the experimental schools which used the pattern and the achievements of having robotics teaching: one of the experimental schools has succeeded and received awards in accordance with the objectives and the key performance indicators which the other school has not. (2) The achievements of the teachers who teach robotics: in respect of the knowledge and skills in robotics teaching, the teachers of one of the experimental schools were evaluated as ‘very good’ and received awards in accordance with the objectives and the key performance indicators while the teachers of the other school were not. (3) The achievements of the students who studied robotics: in respect of academic achievements, from 26 students, 13 students were evaluated as ‘excellent’ and received awards in accordance with the objectives and the key performance indicators while the other 13 students were not.
