| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยและประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัย กับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการ และเพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 จำนวน 234 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.23 ถึง 0.80 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ระดับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ปัจจัยทำนายที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.55 ถึง 0.73 โดยปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหาร ปัจจัยด้านครูผู้สอน ปัจจัยด้านผู้เรียน มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. สมการณ์พยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการ ได้แก่ ปัจจัย ด้านพฤติกรรมด้านการเรียน (X8) ด้านความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการ (X1) ด้านเจตคติต่อการเรียน (X9) ด้านพฤติกรรมการบริหารด้านการเป็นผู้นำ (X2) โดยมีอำนาจในการพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 63.10 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้สมการถดถอยในรูปแบบคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ Y^ = 1.17 + .20 (X8) + 25 (X1) + 12 (X9) + 13 (X2) Z^ = .30 (Z2) + .26 (Z1) + 16 (Z9) + 17 (Z2) | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research were to study; the level of factors influencing the effectiveness of academic administration in secondary educational extention school under the Office of Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area 2, the relationship between the factors influencing the effectiveness of academic administration, and to create the regression equation of the effectiveness of academic administration in secondary educational extention school under the Office of Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area 2. The sample was 234 teachers in secondary educational extention school under the Office of Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area 2, by selected stratified random sampling. Instuments used was a questionnaires with five-level scale. The discrimination between .23 to .80, the reliability was .97. The statistics used in data analysis were standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results were; 1. The level of factors affecting the effectiveness of academic administration in secondary educational extention schools under the Office of Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area 2 were at the high level. 2. The level of the effectiveness of academic administration in secondary educational extention school under the Office of Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area 2 were at the high level. 3. Factors those correlated with the effectiveness of the academic administration ranged from .55 to .73. The factor of administrators, the factor of teachers, the factor of learners were positively related at .01 level of significance. 4. The equation of factors affecting the effectiveness of academic administration were student learning, academic leadership, attitude toward learning, the administrative behaviors with the combined prediction at 63.10 with the statistical significant at .01 level.
