dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2560 โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามประเภทโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้การเปลี่ยนแปลง แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ และ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน:ซึ่งมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .52-.88, .69-88 และ .55-.86 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .96, .97 และ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple regression analysis) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์ ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และประเภทของโรงเรียน ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. สมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี ในรูปสมการคะแนนดิบได้ดังนี้ Y = .855 + .404 (X2.5.) + .237 (X2.1) + .163 (X2.4) หรือในรูปสมการคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ Z = .479 (Z2.5) + .270 (Z2.1) + .197 (Z2.4)

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of transformational leadership and instructional leadership of school administrators on the effectiveness of schools under Chonburi Provincial Organization Administration. The sample of the study, derived by means of stratified random sampling according to type of schools, consisted of teachers teaching in schools under Chonburi Provincial Organization Administration in the academic year 2017. Three five-level rating scale questionnaires on transformational leadership, instructional leadership, and effectiveness of schools, having the discriminating power between .52-.88, .69-.88, and .55-.86, and the reliability at .96, .97, and .97 were instruments used for data collection. Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis were statistical devices employed for the data analysis. The findings revealed as follows: 1. Transformational leadership, instructional leadership of school administrators, and the effectiveness of schools under Chonburi Provincial Organization Administration, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, were rated at a high level. 2. Transformational leadership and instructional leadership of school administrators were found, as a whole, positively correlated with the effectiveness of schools under Chonburi Provincial Organization Administration at a high level with significance level at .01. 3. Transformational leadership, instructional leadership of school administrators, and type of schools were found having significant effects on the effectiveness of schools under Chonburi Provincial Organization Administration at the level of .05. 4. The equation of factors affecting the effectiveness of schools under Chonburi Provincial Organization Administration in the form of raw scores was written as the following: Y = .855 + .404 (X2.5.) + .237 (X2.1) + .163 (X2.4) Or in the form of standard score as: Z = .479 (Z2.5) + .270 (Z2.1) + .197 (Z2.4)
