dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารและผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสระแก้ว ศึกษา ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนในฝัน และศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลและสามารถพยากรณ์ผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสระแก้ว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสระแก้ว จำนวน 250 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .24-.80 และ .38-.85 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น .97 และ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณและการวิเคราะห์ การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสระแก้ว มีภาวะผู้นำแบบการเปลี่ยนแปลง และภาวะผู้นำการแลกเปลี่ยนโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสระแก้ว โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ปัจจัยสังกัดของโรงเรียน ปัจจัยประเภทของโรงเรียน ปัจจัยขนาดของโรงเรียน และภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสระแก้ว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ปัจจัยสังกัดของโรงเรียน ปัจจัยประเภทของโรงเรียน ปัจจัยขนาดของโรงเรียน ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารส่งผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนในฝัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารด้านการกระตุ้นการใช้ปัญญา (X43) ด้านการบริหารแบบวางเฉยเชิงรับ (X53) ปัจจัยขนาดโรงเรียน (X3) และด้านการใช้อิทธิพลด้านอุดมการณ์ (X41) สามารถพยากรณ์ผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนในฝัน ( ) สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา จังหวัดสระแก้ว คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.20โดยเขียนเป็นสมการในรูปคะแนนดิบ ดังนี้ Y ̂ = 1.503+.118(X43)+.055(X53)+.108(X3)+.217(X41) หรือสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ Z ̂ = .146(Z43)+0.71(Z 53)+.134(Z 3)+.276(Z 41)"

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to determine the level of leadership of administrators school, and school performance of Lab schools under Sakeao Primary School Educational Service Area Office, and to study the relationship between leadership of school administrators and the performance of the Lab school, and to study the factors related to the leadership of school administrators those affected the performance of the Lab schools. The sample were 250 teachers of Lab schools, selected by stratified random sampling technique. The questionnaire was used for collecting the data. It was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of .97 and .98. Data were analyzed by using mean ( ), standard deviation (SD), Pearson product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The school leadership of the Lab schools were transformational, and transactional leadership they were rated as a whole and in each particular aspect at a high level. 2. The performance of the Lab school as a whole and in each particular aspect were rated at a high level. 3. The area of school factor, type of school factor, size of school factor and the leadership of school were positively correlated. The administrators affecting the performance of Lab school at significant level of .01 4. The area of school factor, type of school factor, size of school factor and the leadership of school affected the performance of Lab school at significant level of .05 5. The factor of the cognitive stimulation leadership (X43), the passives management (X53), size of school (X3), and idealize influence (X41) can predict the performance of Lab school ( ) accounted for 60.20 % (R2=.602) of variance. The predicted equation in raw scores was shown as follows Y 1.503+.118(X43)+.055(X53)+.108(X3)+.217(X41) Or can be written as the predicting equation in the standard form as follows Z = .146(Z43)+0.71(Z53)+.134(Z3)+.276(Z41)
