| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตัวเองกับการดูแลตนเองของมารดาในระยะหลังคลอดที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือมารดาในระยะหลังคลอดที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีที่มาคลอดและนอนพักรักษา ณ หอผู้ป่วยหลังคลอดในโรงพยาบาลพระสมเด็จพระบรมราชเทวี ณ ศรีราชาโรงพยาบาลชลบุรี โรงพยาบาลเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา และโรงพยาบาลระยองจำนวน270คน ดำเนินการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ตามแบบสอบถามด้วยแบบวัดความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองและแบบวัดพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง และรายได้ของครอบครัวมากกว่า 6000 บาทและน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 2000 บาท มีความสัมพันธ์และสามารถร่วมทำนายการดูแลตนเองของมารดากหลังคลอดติดเชื้อเอชไอวีได้ร้อยละ16.8 โดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ มีการสมการทำนายในรูปของคะแนนดิบ และคะแนนมาตรฐาน ตามลำดับดังนี้ Y ̂ (TOTALB) = 195.138 + 2.113 (TOTALS) + 2.797 (MONEY 4 ) – 6.806 (MONEY 1 ) Z ̂ (TOTALB) = 0.331 (TOTALS) + 0.203 (MONEY 4 ) - 0.497 (MONEY 1 ) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-esteem and Seft-care practice of mother during postpartum period with HIV-positive who composed of 270 mother during postpartum period with HIV-positive who were admitted at Postpartum ward in Queensawangwatana memorial Hospital Thai Rad cross society at Sriracha, Chonburi hospital, Chachoengsao hospital and Roral Hospital. Data, collected by interview from two questionnaires: the Self-esteem and the Self-care behavior scale were analyzed by stepwise multiple regression. The results revealed that two variables, Self-esteem and family income at > 6000 baths and < 2000 baths, related of Self-care. The variables can predict up to 16.8 percent of mother during postpartum period with HIV-positive at < 0.05 level of significance.
