dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างโมเดลความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้น ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสาธิต สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการ การอุดมศึกษา และเพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้าง เชิงเส้น ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสาธิต สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษาที่สร้างขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ อาจารย์ผู้สอน โรงเรียนสาธิต สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา จำนวน 600 คน จาก 10 โรงเรียน ปีการศึกษา 2560 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ สมรรถนะองค์การ องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสาธิต มีข้อคำถาม 150 ข้อ นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย () ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าความเบ้ (Skewness) ค่าความโด่ง (Kurtosis) และ ค่าไคสแควร์ (x2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลการวัด โมเดลสมการเชิงโครงสร้างตามสมมติฐานกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสาธิต และภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการส่งอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านสมรรถนะองค์การ องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โมเดลร่วมอธิบายประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนได้ ร้อยละ 89 2. โมเดลความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้น ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผล ของโรงเรียนสาธิต สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูล เชิงประจักษ์ (Chi-square = 486.9, df = 165, ค่า CMIN/DF = 2.95, ค่า NFI = 0.99, ค่า GFI = 0.94, ค่า CFI = 0.95, ค่า RMSEA = 0.05, ค่า RMR = 0.01 ค่า RMSEA = 0.05 และ ค่า RMR = 0.01)

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this study were to develop a linear structure model of factors those affected the effectiveness of demonstration schools under the Office of higher education commission, and to investigate the conformity of such developed model to predict the effectiveness of the demonstration school with the empirical data. This research uses a sample size of 600 lecturers from 10 different demonstration schools under the Office of Higher Education Commission in academic year 2017. A tool used for this research was a questionnaire, consisted of 150 questions concerning the topics of instructional leadership, organization competency, learning organization, organization commitment, community participation, and effectiveness of demonstration schools. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, skewness and kurtosis. The inferential statistics were also used for correlational analysis in order to investigate the conformity of the measured model, linear structure relation model and empirical data. The research results were; 1. The instructional leadership has direct positive influence on an effectiveness of demonstration school while it has indirect influence through organization competency, learning organization, organization commitment, and community participation with statistical significance at the level of .01. The model can explain the effectiveness of the schools at 89% 2. A linear structure relation model of factors affecting the effectiveness of the demonstration school under the Office of Higher Education Commission conforms with empirical data. (Chi-square = 486.91, df = 165, CMIN/DF = 2.95, NFI = 0.99, GFI = 0.94, CFI = 0.95, RMSEA = 0.059, and RMR = 0.01)
