dc.description.abstract	ารวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา การบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ หัวหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุและเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุ จำนวน 48 คนเครื่องมือแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 สถานภาพของผู้ตอบเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Checklist) ตอนที่ 2 ปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) ของลิเคิร์ท (Likert’s rating scale) มี 5 ระดับ คือ มากที่สุด มาก ปานกลาง น้อย และน้อยที่สุด มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อตั้งแต่ .20-.85 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 และตอนที่ 3 เกี่ยวกับแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุ เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบจัดอันดับ 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ อันดับที่ 1, 2, 3 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( )ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การวิเคราะห์ด้วยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามตำแหน่งผู้ปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่เมื่อประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานโดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ประกอบด้วย ก่อนดำเนินการจัดหาพัสดุ ควรสำรวจความต้องการใช้พัสดุ ควรลงบัญชีหรือลงทะเบียนพัสดุให้เป็นปัจจุบัน ควรมีห้องจัดเก็บพัสดุที่เป็นสัดส่วน และควรจัดทำคู่มือการจำหน่ายพัสดุเพื่อเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research were to study and compare the problems and solutions of supply management in education opportunity expansion schools under the jurisdiction of Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample of this study consisted of 48 officers of the supplies department. The instrument was divided into three parts, part 1: checklist items that ask for the respondents’ status; part 2: Likert’s Rating Scale items that ask for the problems of supply management; five choices of scales its including highest, high, moderate, low, and lowest were rated. The item discrimination power of this questionnaire was between .20-.85 and reliability was .97; and part 3: items that ask for the solutions of supply management by using a 3 point rating scale questionnaire (1st, 2nd, and 3rd ranks). Data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, Mean ( ), Standard deviation (SD), and t- test. The results of this study indicated as follows: 1. At both overall and individual aspect, problem concerning supply management in education opportunity expansion schools under the jurisdiction of Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office was at found a moderate level. 2. The respondents with different position had different opinions towards overall problems of supply management in education opportunity expansion schools under the jurisdiction of Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office with a statistical significance level of .05. However, the respondents with different working experience had insignificantly different opinions towards overall supply management problems. 3. The guidelines for supplies improving management in education opportunity expansion schools under the jurisdiction of Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office include the needs for supplies should be surveyed before supplies provision; supplies accounts or registration should be updated; suitable supplies storage room should be provided; and the manual on supplies distrib.
